      Poor service! Violation of contract! I completed a contract with ***********. I was told that at the end of the contract, Centricon stations would be removed and the holes backfilled. They refused to do this. They left a mess and have refused to clean it up.I contacted the office several times. They refuse to do any clean up and have ignored my requests. There has got to be better companies to deal with than ***********. Customer support is just "pass the buck".They are totally irresponsible and should not be in business.

      JaRoy has been purchased by an out of state company. Don't expect the same quality service or any customer support. They don't care. My advice is find a new local company.

      After 31 years with *********** and the service provider assigned me during those 31 years of in home bug/pest control service, *********** was purchased by an out of state large **mpany. Without notice my normal service provider did not call to set up his next monthly appointment (For September) to spray my home. I texted him and after a **uple of hours he texted me back that I had been removed from his route without explanation or notice to me from the **mpany. I was not happy, but I figured they certainly were not going to have my business after a move like that.September 29th, my Ring Doorbell rang, I was not home, was in a meeting and **uld not respond to the ring. After going over the video, which of **urse gave exact time of arrival and activities following, it was an unknown individual, unscheduled in a *********** uniform. The camera re**rded him going back and forth to his truck, which was parked within camera view, attaching notes to my ********** different times. Upon returning home and retrieving the documents attached to my door, there was a card with the unknown representative's name and number telling me to call the office to set up a new **ntract, a photo of my front door stating he had "**mpleted service to my home" which of **urse is FRAUD! I did not call the office and wanted to see how they were going to proceed. As it turns out, *********** sent me a bill for this unsolicited person's fraudulent **mpleted services of $31.36, an increase from the $28.00 per month I had been paying and no doubt the reason my service representative had been removed from my **ntract. How dishonest is that! From the beginning to the end. I never do business with dishonest entitles. I set about sending the **mpany a certified return receipt requested letter with all of the information I am posting here to make sure no one feels **mpelled to deal with these folks. They are not ********* Owned and Operated. Thieves that **me here after hurricanes. Destroyed a great **

      We were scheduled for termite inspection at 8 am on 6/14/23. Exterminator did not show up. Called the business and they told us we misunderstood..service was between 8am and noon. Waited all day at home for service man or phone call. By 3:30pm still no exterminator. Got absolutely no information or help from office personnel..they had no idea if truck would show up at all. No supervisors available to help.Every year *********** sends an invoice weeks in advance for yearly inspection. *********** takes your money and does not call to set up servicewe have to call them to schedule an appointment. Every year we have the same problem with timely, scheduled service. Would not recommend this business for your exterminating needs.
