      Most difficult to work with. Since the HOA has been turned over to the residence and our orientation with CMGT and our CAM we are now on our 3rd CAM. There is little to no communication with CMGT. Left multiple messages and emails with time sensitive items and no one has yet to return a phone call or email, extremely unprofessional, especially since we are paying them a monthly fee to work for us.

      Thank you so much for reaching out regarding these concerns. I apologize that you’ve had a less than desirable experience and it’s our wish to address these concerns quickly. We did speak to the board liaison on 10/25/23 to apologize for the recent delays. The new manager began training 10/9/2023 and may have been slow to respond during her training period. As of last week, after speaking to the board liaison, it’s our understanding that all outstanding issues have been completed and closed. Your new CAM reached out on the 10/27 to introduce herself to the board and I see she reached out to the residents on 10/28 to introduce herself to them as well. To prevent any confusion and to make sure all communication is as efficient as possible, we definitely suggest utilizing the Liaison that the board has put in place to ensure all correspondence is relayed correctly and timely. I appreciate you bringing these concerns to us and we hope we can restore your confidence in Community Management

      I had an issue with my HOA due and it was taken care of over the phone, but I asked for a confirmation by e mail which I have not received yet.

      The help we at Chatsworth Court are now getting from the staff at Community Mgmt is fantastic. Sarah Solomon, Brittany Ezell, and other people I have been interacting with for the last several months have been OUTSTANDING!!! They deal with our bills very promptly. They promptly and fully respond to important questions; and explain things in a very clear and comprehensive way. They go the extra mile to send us material and explanations that is very helpful. It is true we had problems with some Community Mgmt. staff early in my presidency of the HOA, but with these new people like Sarah and Brittany, things have greatly improved. The difference is like night and day. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!
