      Requested service through my home warranty on 5/4. UBA was dispatched on 5/9. After inspecting the unit inside and out the repairman told me my entire system need to be replaced. When I declined that he said he could put in a quote for repairs with the home warranty. From his vehicle, he sent me four options to replace my entire system. I have heard nothing from them since. Per my contract, I have made 5 calls in the last 10 days to the home warranty company only to find that no quote for repairs has been sent. It is now 11 days from their visit with ZERO communication.

      On the date of June 16, 2022 a ticket was initiated through by home warranty provider. UBA was quickly on site and very efficiently isolated the issue. Since the date of ticket I have made 5 separate phone calls to UBA requesting a status update since I am without AC in south Louisiana for almost 60 days now. On all of these calls I spoke with a dispatcher who said I would receive a call and update, which never result in a call, txt or email update of any kind. Can someone please provide me with an acceptable update as to when my Air Conditioner will be repaired.

      This customer requested services for their HVAC system through their home warranty company *** ******** **** ********** on June 16th. UBA Mechnical provided service on June 20th and submitted the authorization to their home warranty company. The customer needed their compressor replaced. Large equipment orders like this are submitted to the home warranty company for approval and they also provide the equipment needed to replace. We received an email with approval on July 12. Unfortunately the equipment needed for this customer took a while to be delivered. A lot of items are on backorder and that is out of our control. We received an email on August 24th stating that the equipment has arrived at the local supply house for pick up. Dispatchers have reached out to the customer to schedule a return an appointment. As on August 26th we have not reached the customer to confirm appointment. A voicemail was left requesting a call back.
