      Prestige has been taking care of our hotels needs for close to 20 years now. Their staff are responsive, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. They take care of carpeting, tile, pressure washing, terrazzo floor care, and more. If they dont currently offer the service, chances are you ask theyre going to start! ****** and crew thank you!

      ****** and his top tier lead man ***** were outstanding. We were in a bind finalizing repairs on the sale of our house. The A/C needed to be serviced with a small repair; the inspector noted "organic growth" on the outside of the unit in the report but later used "mold" on another part of the report, which set us back. This stopped the A/C repair company from completing repairs & created a huge problem.We needed a certified company to review & clean the unit same day. I contacted ****** on a Thursday ************ gave me his word that he would be out that day, as the A/C company was set to come out the next day (Friday morning) to complete the repairs. We were also closing on the sale of the house on the following Monday. He was very sympathetic to our situation & sent me a list of certifications before I booked him.He and ***** were able to come out same day as promised. Long story short, they showed me the pics of the unit in question & then ***** got to work up in the attic, cleaning this particular unit & disinfected both units. ****** put me at ease during the entire process. We also chatted off and on; he is super nice & very easy to talk to. They finished up & his comments on the receipt were detailed & allowed the A/C company to finish their repairs the following morning. Crisis averted.****** also followed up the next day to make sure that the A/C company was able to do the repair.A lot was at ************ saved us from a major catastrophe. Had they not come out same day, it would've pushed out the closing of our house, which would've delayed us moving into an apartment short term, and might have even impacted us on the purchase of our new home that we about to go under contract on.I highly recommend ****** and *****!

      They exceeded my expectations both in quality and pricing. Their service was thorough, and they took care of the details so that our home was undisturbed. In addition, they took special precautions to ensure the health of the immunosuppressed members of our family.

      ****** and his crew cleaned my basement just today and it looks fantastic. I got a good deal on it as well. If my basement ever floods again, they will be the first people I call.

      First off, this company is the real deal *********. They are waaay better than the company I had to fire. The lead ******************** and his helper, ******* were very compassionate and supportive throughout the entire project. The lead *****************, didnt see us as his next customer. To him, we were family. For that and great work, I WILL be hiring them again in the near future. ****** and *******, I personally thank yall.

      They seemed like cool guys. I bought them pizza and drinks because they were there so long. I think they did a good job. ****** was very thorough. I noticed everytime I went into my room that a box I had in there was open. I kept shutting it. In the box was my son's Adidas jacket. This morning I went in the room and the box was open and his jacket was gone. One of them stole from me!!! They won't confess or apologize. The main guy ****** said he would look for it and return it to me or pay me for it but that's not the point. One of them stole from me even after all my hospitality. Do not hire them or let them in your home. Also the phone number on the website summer does not work. When I call it goes straight to voicemail.


      To amend my last post. They found the jacket when they got back to ********* and ****** mailed it to me immediately. They rectified the situation and assured me it was taking by accident. The job they did was fantastic, as I mentioned before. There was additional mold uncovered and they treated it without complaint or additional cost.
