From start to finish, they were very professional. I had to have a window replaced due to damages
causing a crack. They kept me up to date with the status of arrival of the new window and once
arrived were quick to schedule my installation. The installer was very cordial and efficient. He
explained how the new window worked and was gone in just a few hours. There was no mess once he left and Jim Olivier even took care of the warranty notifications for me. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my house! The workers were very professional and did an excellent job! Everyone I came in contact with were all so pleasant!

Oh my goodness! I love the work that Jim Olivier's Home Improvement has done on my house!!! They have installed a new door for me, and it has transformed my home. From the beginning to the end of the process, everything was done with such excellence. I loved how they meticulously measured my doorway twice to ensure no fitting errors, helped me to pick out the best door for my needs, and the expedient process of installing the door. Additionally, they have given me sound wisdom in answer to my questions. I wish there was a way I can give this company TEN stars instead of 5. Great experience from the initial sit down to find out what we wanted, to the inspection/estimate, to the friendly and professional installers installing our doors, windows, soffits, and fascia. Reasonable prices and friendly staff who checked in at every aspect of our home improvement. This is not a company I would do business with again. Although the company spends more than its fair share on marketing and customer service reps the overall quality of the install job alone is not in line with the cost. See below for further details:
Had a single 5 x 5 ft picture window installed in June 2022 (Ordered in February 2022) . After the removal of the existing window the technician stated that his helper had quit. So rather than risk damaging the new window I assisted the technician in placing the new window during installation. After further inspection the new window's frame was damaged.
At the next install date after speaking with the service manager, who was unaware of how his staff was talking jobs, a second employee was present. This time the window had a chip in the pane which was not noticed till after removing the recently replaced window.
Currently December 2022 we are still waiting on the manufacturer to replace the pane in the "new" window and have been so for months as this has now been relinquished to the manufacturer to remedy.Jim Olivier's Home Improvement Co. of LA

We apologize you have had this experience. This is not the experience we want. We only want perfection with the products we offer. None of the subsequent glass units were to our satisfaction. Jim Olivier's Home Improvement Co. of LA Is one the best companies I have ever dealt with they installed my windows, roof, and siding and my wife and I were very impressed with all jobs done over the years. Thanks again and keep up the great work. We now have a brand new house again.
