This man Brian H***** Jr is not even a doctor and is practicing medicine without a license and the brother Jade H***** is covering up for him to avoid sanctions and being put on a public exclusion list from the DOT. Senator Lindsey Graham's office ask me to reach out to anyone and get them to contact his office as they have opened a case last Wednesday on this. Also Congressman Ralph Norman has written a letter on my behalf to the FMCSA so anyone else having problems with this place needs to reach out to me or the officials to stop these people. They can't continue asking for money for the split B to be tested when they are not supposed to be having any relationship with the laboratory at all. The laboratory may need to be compensated but not the MRO office.

    To Whom It May Concern,
We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the concerns raised through the Better Business Bureau.
Our office is a certified collection and medical review organization that conducts Department of Transportation (DOT)-regulated drug testing, operating strictly under the guidelines set forth in 49 CFR Part 40. We take our responsibility to public safety and compliance with federal regulations seriously and perform every drug screen with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
We employ four AAMRO-certified Medical Review Officers (MROs) who personally review each and every drug screen result—this includes results that are positive, substituted, adulterated, or invalid. The role of our physicians is not to pass judgment, but to ensure accurate, unbiased interpretation in accordance with federal regulations.
We understand that some individuals may be dissatisfied with the outcome of their drug test, particularly when the results may impact employment or certification. However, we are legally and ethically prohibited from disclosing the details of any individual’s drug screen or medical review process. This confidentiality is not only mandated by regulation, but also respects the privacy of the individuals involved.
While we recognize that some public reviews or comments may not be favorable, we must emphasize that our work is governed by objective standards—not opinion. Our duty is to perform our role under the law, and we do so consistently and thoroughly.
We respectfully request that the BBB and those reading this response understand that we are unable to respond publicly to specific accusations without violating confidentiality rules. We remain committed to fair, compliant, and respectful service, and to upholding the standards required by the Department of Transportation.

Looks like it’s common practice to fail people here this is not right and should be investigated! The negative reviews outnumber the positive reviews and that should be a red flag right there! Positive results at Heinen and negative results on a test somewhere else! But here’s the problem Brian already sent results to the clearing house and even after showing proof and studies from real doctors he won’t change the results I’m losing my son over this and I don’t do drugs im losing my house over this and I don’t do drugs ! I don’t care what you say you know damn well my samples were clean you lie and should not be in charge of people’s lives like this ! I should be celebrating the holidays with my son instead of trying to pay for a rtd sup program the damage is done I’ve asked on multiple occasions to what might have caused it and he is not hearing any of it! 18 years of safe driving 18 years of no drugs and alcohol 18 years of safety awards from fmcsa ata company safety awards and 2 congressional safety awards from Nevada congressman Mark Amodei!! And you think that at 43 years old And over 230lbs there’s going to be meth in my system? This is wrong wrong wrong ! Brian needs to do better! I’d be trying to fix all those bad reviews and get a good reputation and stop ruining lives ! Believe me I understand fully that people lie about not doing drugs and swear they are telling the truth I get it but look at there history and you can tell the difference! My record speaks for itself those are facts provable facts I don’t do drugs losing custody of my son and trying to find a place to stay and a job during the holidays over This guy ! You’re a real monster Brian H***** and I truly hope you get to feel loss and hard times like you’re doing to me! You’re the only person who can fix this it’s unbelievable that you do this right in the open and still get away with it! I’d be fighting this a lot more but trying to keep my son and a place to live are priorities right now!fix it

DOT Rule 49 CFR Part 40 Section 40.137
Subpart G - Medical Review Officers and the Verification Process
§ 40.137 On what basis does the MRO verify test results involving marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, semi-synthetic opioids, or PCP?
    (c) The employee has the burden of proof that a legitimate medical explanation exists. The employee must present information meeting this burden at the time of the verification interview. As the MRO, you have discretion to extend the time available to the employee for this purpose for up to five days before verifying the test result, if you determine that there is a reasonable basis to believe that the employee will be able to produce relevant evidence concerning a legitimate medical explanation within that time.

I don't do drugs. Inaccurate results. False positives from this office and asking for me to pay 275$ to retest on the same sample. She refuse to give her last name and only says her first name as Nikki. She claims I should call the lab and she gave me a phone number to call but when I call the testing lab they cannot find me in their system by name or by social security number or by drivers license. The testing lab can't find me in their system. When I call Nikki back no answer. This is a scam to get you to pay them and extra 275$. This company have predatory practices and are making hard working law abiding American citizen their prey by setting up a scenario to have employees pay the extra $275.00 fee for retest. SCAM ALERT!!

They will fail you for pre employment drug screen if you do not agree to pay them $150. I have NEVER EVER taken any type of drugs in my life. I do not even smoke cigarettes nor do I drink alcohol. Been driving trucks for over 10 years, and I have passed numerous drug screen with NO problem. If you have to take a drug screen, it will be best to ask FIRST who will test, if these scammers are the one, RUN FAR AWAY!! As a result of this LIE, I did not get the job. Mind you, I went the next day and got tested AGAIN from someone different, and YES, it came back negative. It is a shame before God that individuals do things for greed and money, and it causes someone a job, you know, like I need to feed my family, trying to do the right thing. I pray that they do not do this to anyone else, and that have a heart to stop this and go back and make right, the wrong that they have done.

We do not show that we reviewed anyone by this name. I would need more information to pull up any drug screen the we have reviewed.

Please provide a clear concern or question. I will not be able to reply to this comment as I do not understand your review.
We review positive drug screens. If the donor does not have a valid medical explanation, the MRO has no choice but to provide the employer with a positive report. All positive donors are offered a retest of the split sample at a different regulated lab.
