      I pay almost $40 a month for just the trash services portion of my bill, and I can't get them to replace my trash can. The wheels feel off during Hurricane *** and I had requested a new can/recycling bin back in 2021 but gave up after the first phone call. I called again on July 10th of this year to request a new can and bin again. I have made a total of 6 calls about this trash can. I was recovering from surgery and unable to move the can which is what prompted my original request. At this point its a matter of principle because we pay too much money for services to be ignored when we have a request like a working trash can

      I sold a house at ******************************* in *********** ********* on April 17, 2022. I spoke to this company and cancelled service with Waste Connections at that time. The only issue is that the billing department has not seemed to be aligned with customer service. Not only have continued to bill me after my receiving emails from their representatives, but they have called me and threaten me due to late payment. I am paid in full through the date of ownership, but have now called them them four times to zero out the account. I am incredibly frustrated. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Waste Connections regarding complaint ID ********.  I have only received another email invoice with the amount in dispute which they believe I owe.  I have attached their 9/3/22 email as a PDF.
