      Do not use this company, they have a 60 month contract which automatically renews. After many years of marginal service they sent a bill with a 22% rate increase. I called to ask if this was true and a week later got a certified letter telling me that if I wanted to terminate my contract it would cost me $2,500. A well respected local contractor is happy to pick up our trash for $ 100 per month less. Why use this national company when a local company is happy to do the work for much less.
