      I purchased an extended warranty through A-1 . I called them to tell them the extended warranty company ************ does not call me back for service help on my broken washing machine. When they do call back, the company says it will take 12 days to get a repair company to my house. A-1 STANCE IS WE JUST SELL THE WARRANTY THE COMPANY (****) IS THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR. SO AS I UNDERSTAND I SPENT $200 ON A WARRANTY I CAN'T USE AND A-1 DOESN'T CARE.

      I purchased a Maytag washing machine (brand new) on May 10, 2023 from A1 located at **********************************************. Now it is August, 2023. So far (while under store warranty and extended warranty) the motherboard, agitator, pump and clutch has been replaced. It immediately flows water out and floods the floor. The repairman told me it needed more parts. The store was contacted numerous times, Whirlpool Customer Escalation to no avail. The machine is still inoperable and awaiting new parts. The only thing left to replace is the casing. I am totally bewildered, frustrated and dissatisfied. This is extremely poor customer satisfaction.

      My husband and I bought a brand new dishwasher from A-1 Appliances on 3/19/2022. We picked up the dishwasher and when we unboxed it at home, we noticed the dishwasher was defected. The frame was bend and the kick plate was warped. We contacted A-1 of the damaged. We were told a new kickplate had to be ordered. The kickplate arrived 4 weeks later. My husband picked the kickplate up from A-1 Laplaco store and requested for an A-1 service person to install it. A repairman came out 2-3 weeks later. The repairman could not install the kickplate because the frame was bent. The repairman said he needed to come back with some other tools. The repairman came back 3-4 weeks later but the tools he had did not help. So he had come back a third time. On the 3rd visit, which was 1-2 weeks later, the repairman had a piece of wood to bend the frame back in place. However, that did not work. The repairman said he would have to come back again. Over 4 weeks had passed no one called. So we called A-1 corporate office. We spoke with the head salesperson named "****". She said it had been too long and A-1 was not responsible anymore. We asked for a discount or a new dishwasher and "****" literally laughed at us asking for such. We explained to her that we cannot use the dishwasher because the door does not open all the way due to the bent frame. She said it was nothing else A-1 will do. I called to speak to someone else and was told I will receive a call back. But that never happened. I called A-1 today, 8/11/2022, and was connected to "****" again and ask what is going on with the repair on our dishwasher. Once again **** said A-1 will not do anything. I asked for a discount or a replacement and "****" said that my request was denied. Also, I said that I will return the dishwasher but "****" said a credit will not be issued. So I now have a dishwasher that I cannot use and no type of compensation or resolution from A-1. I am stuck with a brand new dishwasher I cannot use!!!!!!!!
