    Purchased a "** " brand armrest as they advertised on their website with pictures and the **** logo THis is an armrest brand that is made in ****** and the best brand.It arrived and it was a generic brand the the box said made in *****.I immeditaly contacted them and said, you sent me the wrong armrest. They kept saying its the same armrest but the sticker is not on it. I told them that "** " brand sews lettering onto the armrest and they do not put a sticker. He said to return it but I would be charged the 20% restock fee and pay for shipping.I told him no way since you shipped me the wrong product.Meanwhile I contacted **** thru email in ****** and they told me they do not sell their product to any resale shops and he is committing fraud.New Orleans tattoo supplies brouught down all the pics of the ** brand off their website.They told me to ship the armrest back and they will not charge me the restock fee. I asked them what about the shipping to send it back. They said, they will reimburse me for that too.Well I got the credit for the armrest and the shipping charges when it was originally shipped of $180.00 But they will not reimburse me my *** charges of $64.16 to ship it back like they promised. I sent a screen print shot of the *** charges to them I sent them 4 emails and they will hot respond
