    I have never written a review before for any product/company but the extremely rude and unprofessional responses from this company were a shock so I feel to let folks know to BE AWARE of this company! After buying 2 different kinds of numbing cream from the New Orleans Tattoo Supplies shop for a recent tattoo, I sadly realized that they did not work as soon as the tattoo started. I contacted the manufacturer of the **** cream and they were very kind in providing all the reasons the cream was fake. The also directed me to this page to help others - ********************************************************************************** note that their seal only has the "100% authentic" on the bottom of the label and their official icon differs. I contacted New Orleans Tattoo Supplies shop asking to return the unused product (I had bought many tubes for several tattoos that are planned) and was told that they do not accept returns unless the wrong product was sent or it was damaged. I pointed out that selling a product that does not work (and is fake) is actually a 'wrong' product. He responded, "..for several reasons, we do not accept returns. One being there are dishonest people that will return wrong, used, or altered products." I guess implying that I somehow altered the product. Certainly, I could write off $50 of unused product (I didn't even push to get reimbursed for the fake used amount!) especially when I pay WAY more for tattoos - but I'm angry that he is so dismissible about my anger about selling products that ultimately cause so much extra pain for their customers when they do not work as expected. In addition to the **** product they sell, several other products are listed by *** as not legal to sell in *****************. I hope this warning helps others avoid the unnecessary pain of buying useless numbing cream from this shop.
