July 9, 2024 Trade Masters was dispatched by American Home Shield an Appliance Ins. Company. Trade Masters was suppose to diagnose an Air Conditioner problem. They did an they gave me an Invoice ****** with diagnostics and I was told they would turn in to AHS. Two day past and no response from anyone. Tried to call Trade Masters, voicemail full, computer option to text message. There is no reply to my text message. Called AHS and they informed me claim was denied because Trade Masters said not accessible to unit. How did I get a diagnosis on the invoice if they couldnt service AC Unit. Trade Masters has never tried to contact me to resolve this issue. I have called approximately 8 different times with no response to try and resolve. I have faxed Trade Master and AHS to try and resolve this issue. This appears to be a scam developed between Trade Masters and American Home Shield. The cost of repair can be approximately $9000.00. The insurance tops off at $5000.00 but that is good as nothing. When *** says Trade Masters gave them a diagnosis of not being able to access unit. This is a crime but no one to police. Thanks for any help

Thursday, April 25, 2024 I have a trade master out to do a spring tuneup on my air-conditioning. The heat was working fine and the ** was working fine. I just try to stay up-to-date with my regular maintenance. Technician came out and started work, and after a while I could smell burning. The technician came down from the attic, and was nervous and said I dont know what I did. He said the motor is burned out. I asked him what he was going to do about it and he said he would call his office and find out. He said he tried calling his office several times and cannot get through to talk to anyone. He sat in my driveway in his truck for about 20 minutes and then left. I called the trade master office several times myself and left messages each time about the current problem. They never responded. I had to get a second company to come and replace the burned out motor. Both companies were provided by American home, shield, a home warranty company. I could not get the American home shield to provide any solution, and Im going to file a complaint on there on them also.
