    This has been the best experience I have ever had dealing with a repair company. They provided fast service, called and set up appointment within 1 hour of call to AHS. Arrived next day on time and even provided a tracking app to see as they came out. Our tech Sateen, came out and pinpointed the problem swiftly. He took his time to explain and show us why the component failed, and explained what parts were ordered, and that they would be in the next day. However the next day the weather decided to get horrible. They still tried to work around the rain and in absolute rain storm Sateen tried his best to get repairs done, but the rain just made it impossible. They stayed in contact and had us reschedule for the next day. Once the weather cleared he came out and got us up and running even after finding a problem that we didn't even see the first day. I would recommend Trademasters *** to everyone I come in contact with from now on. They now have a lifetime customer in me. Fast service, great communication, and all around great people to do business with.

    I take reviews very seriously. I wish there were a ZERO I could give this company or negative stars. I called American Homeshield to have a company come out and do some maintenance on my unit. Before this company (Trademasters) came out the ** was blowing cool. Before the technician left it was blowing hot. AHS sent an invoice saying I was responsible for $1,200 for refrigerant. The technician also left the thermostat on the lowest setting knowing it was blowing hot. I felt something wasnt right so I called another company to give me another estimate. This company found some issues which were the furthest thing from a bad coil and needing $1,200 worth of refrigerant. In fact the entire cost came to $367. The technician I called in myself also found that Trademasters technician turned my fuse upside down causing the system to shut off so all he did was leave the fan on when he left it at the lowest setting blowing lots of heat. Mind you this was done on a Friday in 100 degree heat. The other company came on a Monday. The whole weekend without **. It was also discovered this $1,200 for refrigerant only shouldve bee 1 pound which does NOT equate to $1,200. This company is taking consumers money if they dont get a second opinion. Dont try to call them the DO NOT answer the phones, voicemails, or text messages. Horrible horrible business. I wonder how many others theyve scammed because they tried in me but it didnt work.

    They don't return Phone Calls. The owner ********************* Sr. ***** Zero Four, Four *********** Three Three Two, does not respond to any request. It's been over a month since my service request with no response. Stay away from this company.

    They don't return phone calls, or don't come out to repair what we need repaired. They say there coming to the Hospital to do the the work! But never show up to do the work . It has been two months.
