    Our experience with All State windows has been unsatisfactory from the start. The installation went poorly and it took several weeks to complete an otherwise 2-day installation. Currently we have requested a replacement window due to a factory defect. This conversation has been on-going since before Thanksgiving 2024. This company violated every element of satisfactory customer service. The switchboard is unmanned, the mailbox is full thus prohibiting one from leaving a message and the emails go unread. We had to move on and enlist the support of a competitor to solve our issue. Now we need to purchase (2) windows in order to make sure the replacements match and at our expense (approximately $1900). I recommend that these guys are sanctioned and whatever licenses they currently have are revoked.

    We had windows installed with a lifetime warranty in 2019. We are having trouble with the trim around the windows where were are having bugs get into the house. We have called them and they said someone would reach out. No one has attempted. I also emailed them from their website and ***** called and assured us that someone would reach out. They are ***** on the spot when it comes to getting the sale. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Our experience with Allstate Windows was absolutely the BEST !! We replaced all of the windows in our home and we are extremely satisfied with the results !! ********************* was our advisor/representative, he understood our wants and needs.this was a big job and it was done professionally, on time and they made the entire process easy for us. We will highly recommend Allstate Windows to our family and friends !!

    We recently elevated our home and in the process closed in the garage and replaced old french door style windows. We had very specific ideas and needs. Allstate Windows was patient and gave us expert guidance. They surpassed our expectations with gorgeous custom windows. The service and commitment to customer satisfaction has been amazing. We are beyond pleased and highly recommend Allstate Windows.

    We finally got our windows installed and they look great. Its nice to have functional windows again. The installers did a fine job. The financing Allstate helped us with made the project affordable. I'm happy to recommend Allstate for the service and good communication during the project.

    Very poor customer service. Had carport installed and it needed re-taping after Hurricane Ida. Also had double pane glass sliding doors installed in which the vacuum seal failed in 2 out of 4 panels. The door has lifetime warranty. They have made no effort to evaluate or replace panels. They are very difficult to contact. Do not expect any repair service from them.

    I had windows installed by Allstate windows the Kenner Location. On June 27/2022 the windows are missing trim and are full of Chaulk where the trim should be I have pictures of this which i have sent to them. My problem is I trusted them to hold up there end but apparently. that was a mistake. Here it is July 21 2022 And all i keep getting excuses. People please believe this review and do not pay these people till they have done. All you need are you here nothing but excuses. if this site won't let me upload pictures but they will be on google review and Facebook 7/23/2022
