    On June 10, 2024, Lobb’s came out to my house and sprayed my yard and shortly after the grass began to turn brown. On June 17, 2024, I called and spoke with Sarah and advised her that they had burnt my yard and on June 19, 2024, the manager, Henry, came out to my house to meet my husband. He walked around and called someone at the office to advise that the situation was bad and my husband heard the lady ask if it was their fault to which he replied “oh yeah.” A video from our home cameras shown and texted to Henry. While reviewing the video cameras I noticed that they missed an entire side of my yard. On June 27, 2024, I emailed Sarah to go on the record with our complaints with Lobb’s. I then received an email from Sarah advising that the owner, Judd, was planning to come to my house with their landscaper on Thursday, June 27th or Friday, June 28th. Judd came to my house on the morning of Friday, June 28th and the landscaper did not show up. He also advised that we were on schedule for his landscaper, Justin, to come fix our yard on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. After that meeting I emailed Sarah to advise her to please let the landscaper know that we have a sprinkler system and she said she would advise everyone. On July 1, 2024, I advised her that our lawn has Grade A Centipede Grass and we want to ensure that he will be replacing the burnt grass with the same type of grass. She replied that Judd would be calling me to answer any questions and he called me that same day and advised that the grass was already ordered from a company in Alabama. As of this date, July 20, 2024, the landscaper has not shown up to fix the yard nor has Judd contacted me to advise what the status of the repair. I can only assume the lack of contact means that Judd was untruthful with me and never had any intention of fixing my yard. I believe we have given ample time for him to remedy this situation, but he has chosen to ignore it completely.

    Please be advised that we assigned ****** ****** to resod and fix the dead spots in the lawn.  We thought this was already done.  We didn't hear back from the customer that no one had been there to fix it.  We also didn't know that Justin was sick for over two weeks.  He returned to work on Monday and just made us aware that he would be going this week.  I reached out to Tracy to advise.  I also got this complaint.  This is scheduled to be done tomorrow, August 10, 2024.  I have been in touch with Tracy to schedule this matter.  I have attached the letters that were sent to Tracy.  If you have any questions, please fill free to contact me.
