    The service area includes exterior access, and a locked area in the rear that’s secured 24/7. Our agreement was for them to call before their visit to unlock the gate to access the rear. On 7/18 they called and left a message that they would visit on 7/19. I did not hear from them until 8/1 when they arrived at 8:32 when I was asleep. As I responded at the door, the crew had sprayed the exterior and were prepared to leave. I told Gage that they did not finish due to the locked gate. He said they called. He said no one answered the call at my number so they left a message. I told him that the last message I received from them was 7/18, and I had not received any notice since. I told him I would unlock the gate to finish. Gage came to the rear area with a bad attitude and only sprayed one side of my back steps and then started to leave. I pointed out the unfinished job, and another worker sprayed the remaining shrubs. I offered to show Gage the documentation regarding the telephone call and non-calls, but he declined .The crew left at 8:45. I then called David (supervisor) who I had previously met regarding issues of the locked gate. I explained what happened, and he said that because I had issues with other crews, he would cancel future services, as though the issues were attributed to me. I told him I have documentation, including call logs, and audio/video recordings. I told him that Gage lied about the phone calls. He then decided to cancel the service without reviewing the evidence. This act was arbitrary and capricious. David identified the owner as Judd Lobb. I requested that David inform him to call me. I called the office, and spoke to Lisa to whom I requested Lobb call me. To date, I have not received a telephone call from him. This company has no integrity or professionalism as evidenced by its employee, Gage; neglect, uncooperativeness, capriciousness and no accountability to its employees as evidenced by David; and non- responsiveness by Judd Lobb.
