They were super responsive throughout the entire process. ***** came out on Tuesday to check out my tree, and was there on Friday with his team to take care of it. 5 starsThis was my fourth time using Crescent City Tree. They are responsive, be there when they say they will, and do a great job! They are true professionals. And they clean up well, too!Also, they always have a very competitive price. ***** arrived to assess my trees the same day as my inquiry for service. We were able to get the service scheduled within a week; the crew arrived on time as promised. They did a great job, exceeded my expectations; the crew was professional and friendly. They cleaned up afterwards and left my yard better than when they arrived. Tried calling 2 other companies, who did not answer. Called Crescent City and call was answered. They came out to see the job and had a crew here an hour later.. They did a great job and cleaned up after they finished the job. I would call again if I need them, Price was fair. Thank youCrescent City Tree LLC

One of the reasons we chose Crescent City Tree LLC is because the owner actually took the time to climb onto the roof and view what needed to be done. 3 other companies sent "estimators" who could not or didn't "think about" viewing the actual work. Crescent City Tree LLC's crew were excellent, and not only trimmed the tree, but also cleaned up their work, and also the sidewalks and street. I don't think I've ever seen our roof line that clean...thanks!!!! I have already recommended them to another friend.Crescent City Tree LLC
