5 stars***** came to look at my two oak trees the day I called. I received his quote the next day which was very reasonable. Once I accepted I received a contract which included all details we discussed. A week later the crew arrived on time with all the equipment needed to get the job done. All debris was removed, and my yard and the roadway was spotless. I will be calling Crescent Tree for my next tree pruning. Highly recommend!Review fromRenee M

5 starsTheir crew was very efficient and thorough. I supervised during the work and they did everything I asked them to do to the last detail. 5 starsThe time from my call to schedule an onsite appointment for a quote to the actual service took less than a week. The owners and the work crew are all very nice and very professional.The crew taking down my two trees next to the fence did an amazing job keeping all of the limbs contained to my property, and the trees came down in quickly, expertly! 5 starsCrescent City Tree and their staffing were so professional! They answered the phone the first time I called, set up an appointment, and came out as promised. The proposal was sent that very day, at which point I received a call, making sure I received it and asking if I had any questions......AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! But even more so was the fact that they called me on a Sunday to schedule the tree trimming, given that the week was going to be super rainy! They were at my home on Monday at lunchtime, just as promised, and did a wonderful job on my 50 year old live oak. I will use Crescent City Tree each and every time I need it trimmed, and will recommend them to all of my family and friends!Review fromRamie M.

5 starsGreat experience from start to end. I needed my oak tree trimmed. Someone answered the phone and we set up an appointment for an estimate within a few days. They came right on time. I had an estimate within a day. They set up an appointment within a week to service our tree. They called the day before to confirm the scheduled service. The crew showed up on time. They did a great job trimming our tree. They did everything we wanted to them to do to our tree and they did it without issue. They cleaned our property and the neighbor's property. Every one on the crew was polite. Zero damage or issues to any of our or our neighbor's property. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Crescent City Tree service again.
