      Bingo Auto Sales was recommended by an influencer in our area. The service I received at this place of business was Unsatisfactory. I spent almost $1000.00 on repairs to my AC and My AC is still not working. She is over charging her customers for parts and Labor. I requested a copy of my diagnostic results and she refused to provide them to me. The technician, Aaron who serviced my vehicle is no longer employed with the company.
      When I return to the shop to discuss my concerns regarding the AC not working; She begin to tell the new Technician Taylor that my problem has to be electrical. I asked her, how could she make that assessment, hence, my car did not arrive to the shop with electrical issues. I requested a copy of my diagnostic results and she refused to provide them to me. The technician, Aaron who serviced my vehicle is no longer employed with the company. She stated he fired him because he will follow her RULES, if you don't follow my rules then you have to go.
      The OWNER is a fraud and she is scamming people out of their hard earned money.
      This place of business does care about the black people in the community. She was degrading past customers and I. In her words; "looks where you are, in the hood, that's why I have to have cameras around here. If she believe the people on the North side of town are dishonest, why open a business in that area.
      She banned me from the shop because I started asking question. I was never rude to her.
      I wanted my AC fix. She wanted to charge me an extra amount because she said there was a new problem. This place need to be shut down.
      Please visit this business office for yourself so you can witness the unprofessionalism.
      - Two customer returned:
      The 1st customer was for an alignment on her car; her tires were bad. The technician never instructed the customer to purchase new tires then return to complete the alignment.
      The other customer had AC issues. She was charging the customer for new repairs.
      Scammer.

      June 29, 2024 Customer arrived for ac check stated ac has not worked for some time.
      Mechanic order sign in was done customer read and signed:
      Service requested (Ac check)
      Cost of service ( $60 on sale plus freeon)
      Additional repair costs may incur if other problems with vehicle found policy
      Customer waiting area policy
      Disruption of business policy
      Ac check gauges installed and tested blower motor not working - (voltage to fan was ok, no voltage for fan motor part)
      Condensor was severley clogged.
      Customer was given to options
      Get your own parts just pay for labor
      Or parts and labor quote.
      Customer signed and read Mechanic order during work order:
      Authorizing:
      Blower motor (labor / parts $420)
      condensor (labor / parts $430)
      and freeon charges ($30.00)
      Labor was prorated as customer prepaid $60.00 for ac check.
      Gave customer a loaner vehicle as a courtesy to run errands as she drove from out of town with a child.
      condenser clogged- replaced
      Blower motor- replaced
      Vac and refill successful
      After cooling system for an hour when customer came back, the blower motor new part stopped voltage, and had damage. Advised customer, it was out of our control and shop drove to next town over after hours for part exchange.
      After Install:
      Ac was cold/ documented/ photo'd before releasing
      Customer texted Monday July 1, 2024 that the ac was blowing hot as complaint.
      Advised customer if repairs did not resolve it could be electrical, as previous blower motor had to be replaced twice. She was advised to bring in so we can go over previous repairs to eliminate the possibility of electrical.
      Customer texted July 2, 2024 and stated that she called around for prices and wanted a refund on blower motor price difference as she found cheaper.
      July 3, 2024 customer came in, was refused to get refund for blower motor price diference and was asked to sit in waiting area. While we were diagnosing she yelled for updates 3 times within 30 minutes interrupting the work process and would not stay in designated area, so she was advised to come back when she had more time after her appointment locally.
      She arrived agian, this time in customer waiting area and was causing a disruption of business. She was advised to behave appropriately sit and wait until we diagnosed. She continued to speak negative to other customers arriving causing issues. Going outside agian asking for updates.
      Checked previous installs, all ok. Proceeded to second step after investigation using advanced diagnostic tool computer. Which is an additional regular price $90 fee.
      Concluded it was P0057 oxygen sensors and B1479 which indicates Electrical issues/ wiring issues/ defective ac compressor.
      Conclusion
      *** Recommended to additionally have wiring electrical checked as only a specialty shop can fix this, and changing possibly pressure sensor and ac compressor after voltage issues resolved. ***
      Customer was recording and demanded to speak to mechanic and was advised he was no longer working here. She kept asking why after she was told it was none of her business. She accused shop of causing her electrical issues, she was advised that everything is photographed and recorded.
      She continued to speak to other customers about her issues, one who did an alignment 4 months ago, and another who needed an ac line with small leak, and condensor damage from a customers accident, totally unrelated to her own issues.
      All photos of diagnostic of codes of computer further repairs was texted to customer. The additional $90 regular priced diagnostic and 2.50 hours of labor was waived. Customer signed that she is banned.

      This place is a nightmare from the moment I walked in it smelled like something died in the walls the so called owner told me I needed another AC compressor let's just say $1145 later OUT OF POCKET because she tried to play my warranty company my truck still has NO AC I had to call the cops for her TERA-LYNN to release my truck so she acted even more unprofessional and banned me as if I was returning
      DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE SHE IS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED I waited 4 hours in that stinky office while she ran errandss YES that is what she told me a paying customer I had to wait she was busy so while patiently waiting I took a monent and reported the owner and this business to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as well now I see why only 2 customers came in that 4 hr time span this company and its little owner is a real life joke good luck with that ??

      Customer wanted to use warranty
      Took hundreds off $ for warranty to cover so customer wouldn’t come out of pocket.
      Told customer previous day that vehicle had wiring issues additionally, and had to let warranty company know to ensure it would be covered.
      Warranty would still cover, even with excessive electrical codes/ issues. The customer wanted to proceed, advised customer that I would call when payment processed next day as it can take hours per warranty, the previous day at 5pm end of business day. Customer called agian after hours and was yet agian told instructions. customer voluntarily got dropped off next morning next day. Spoke to customer yet again, and said as soon as payment posts vehicle would be released. She voluntarily stayed at shop waiting for payment to post. She called repeatedly harassing demanding her vehicle asking when payment would be posted, and she was told shop didn’t know, as warranty has to process. Same Instructions were given over 30 times. Regardless of owners whereabouts payment had to be posted before releasing vehicle. After repeating myself multiple times from every number she called from, she called the cops. Cops arrived and said vehicle must be paid to be released customer voluntarily paid the full amount rather than wait for warranty to cover. Customer is banned from property. Bingo Alignment / Teralynne does not tolerate phone harassment, disrespect nor threats. Additionally after customers are given part etas / warranty processing they must listen to instructions. Any customer displaying such disrespect are banned indefinitely.
