    I was sent there to complete drug screening by DCFS on two different occasions aside from the ones I’ve previously taken and had no issues but those 2 two very recent ones the business was closed even though I was told when to be there along with the store advertising the hours for those 2 different Saturdays. No one was there, all the lights were off, and the door was locked. I was sent over a 3rd time this past Saturday and they decided they were going to be open this time but an hour later than the store hours. As I waited my turn the employee was extremely rude and supervised drug screening doesn’t bother me but aside from all the issues with this business I’ve had the worst part is the violation I felt when the employee held the bathroom door completely wide open as I could see the lobby and front entrance as well as anyone coming in could see me. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and violated. To top it up off the employee dropped the tube for my saliva test making me hold it in my hand while signing paperwork and my urine tube was not labeled with my information sticker with me present and I know that’s unprofessional and almost intentional for the complaints I’ve made of them being closed and empty when I was assigned to be there. I don’t trust my test results as I believe they were mishandled. I don’t trust the business, and I definitely do not trust that one individual I’ve never tested with nor dealt with before.

    We received your complaints. Our office was closed Thanksgiving weekend, and a sign was posted on our door. On December 7, 2024, the collector was late that morning, we opened at 9:30 am. Please be advised that our entire facility has surveillance, all collections are monitored, and prove your claims regarding December 14, 2024, to be false. You stated you felt uncomfortable because the door was open,  you were the only donor in the facility and the test was observed. We had no other collections scheduled that morning. Regarding the tube falling on the floor, that did not occur. The cap fell on the floor. You were asked to hold on to the oral device, which is standard practice; while the collector obtained and sealed the urine vial. Both vials were sealed in your presence, and the Chain of Custody were provided to you. We will contact your caseworker to advise of this matter.
