    If you want to be treated horribly and get cursed at, this is the place to go! The only employee this place has was ridiculously rude. She does not greet you, is not friendly, does not smile, and tampered with my saliva test stick. I see her touch the sponge with bare hands, to put it in the bag I asked for another to retest. This was the beginning of the worst drug screens ever. You walk in, have to sign your name and sit while this one and only employee finishes her meals, personal conversations, and even her web browsing. She does not acknowledge you until she is ready. Keep in mind, you are the ONLY person in the place. The wait sometimes is at least 15-20 minutes. On my last visit to this place, this same individual, yelled at me, cursed at me, told me to "Get the **** outta here you *****!" All because I was taking a candy out of my mouth for a saliva test and it accidently fell on the floor. I was accused of throwing my peppermint candy on the floor! When it fell out of my hand she said "I know you didn't just ******* throw that candy on the ******* floor?" I looked at her and said, "No, I didn't it fell" as I went to pick it up she said, "I know you're gonna pick up that ******* candy!" that is when I looked at her after standing up and said, "I know you won't talk to me that way!" She told me I was a ***** and she has had nothing but trouble with me from the first day, and this is when she told me to, "Get the **** out, you ******* *****!" It's a good thing I have a statement from someone that was there. This is the worst place to go in and around Lafayette. I don't want to leave any star, but I can't leave the review without at least one.

    This lady is mandated to take weekly supervised drug tests by the Department of Children &Family Services. We have banned her from our facility because of the countless erratic outbursts. We have contacted Department of Children & Family Services and have advised that we will no longer administer drug tests for her. What she has accused our team of is false. We hope she gets the help she needs.
