    Never received the order. This was food that needs to be refrigerated and according to the website, they shipped slow ground shipping 7 days ago and I have not received it. IF I ever get it, it will need to be tossed in the trash as it will not be edible by then. They should have shipped priority to guarantee 3 day shipping with ice packs IF they even shipped it. I have emailed them and filled out the web form 3 times and they are not responding at all. I left a **** review hoping to get a response and nothing. Posted on THEIR posts on ******** and still no response. There is no phone number on the website and the one listed on **** is not a good phone number. This is advertised everywhere and apparently some sort of scam.

    I received my order and it is completely spoiled. The ice is completely melted and I’m supposing it was in the heat all day before it was delivered. It is totally rancid. I tried eating one and it is completely spoiled. I’ve contacted them several times and they will not respond. They do not provide a working phone number. I’ve tried calling the number listed and says it is disconnected. The only way to get in touch with them is email and they will not respond. I’ve contacted them several times. Please help

    On October 29th, I placed an order for the BOGO on the mini poppers. The order total was $74.99, order number 53151 for verification. This order was never received. I reached out to customer service who acknowledged this, and asked how I would like the issue to be resolved. I stated a refund. They will no longer respond to emails, messages sent through their main website, or on Facebook. I cannot locate a phone number for this company although I’ve spent countless hours searching. Terrible customer service. They acknowledged the issue, said they would correct it, and then disappeared. I want my refund, and for others to beware - worst customer service in the market!

    This order was split into two separate packages and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. According to the tracking information provided by USPS, both shipments were successfully delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I spoke to a representative via email who acknowledged that I never received the shipment. Per the delivery company, they could not verify the package was in fact delivered to my address. You stated you could re-ship the packages, and I declined - as the product was no longer needed. When I asked for a refund, all communication has stopped. I have reached out multiple times via email, Facebook, PayPal, and now BBB which has taken weeks to respond. Horrible customer service!
