    I wish I could leave one star. This company is horrible. First, I got the mini sampler (I believe it cost $40). They were shipped from Louisiana to me here in Texas on June 30, but we all know how lovely the usps is so they shuffled it around for a bit and I didn't receive them until today, July 5. I panicked a little bit a looked EVERYWHERE on their website and FB page and knew that they are to be stored frozen or refrigerated, and will be mailed with an icepack. Well, 5 days out in this heat here in the south and an ice pack is pointless. I tried (in vain) every way possible to contact the company (repeatedly) to ask them if the contents would still be OK, and still haven't heard back from them. There's no option to PM them, so that's pretty inconvenient. Long story long, I got them today and inside there's a note that says it's OK if the ice packs are melted and the contents are warm bc they stay good up to 7 days unrefrigerated.There's nothing ANYWHERE that says that, so you could understand the confusion. I went to look at their Facebook page, and I they blocked me! All I've done on their FB page is try to get in touch with them by commenting saying usps is shuffling my order around and I was worried about the contents, and send them an email asking the same question when i got no response. When searching for their page I saw a BUNCH of ppl saying they did the same thing to them, and they that they delete any comments that don't sing their praises, which they did to mine before they blocked me. Again all I did was state the USPS delayed my package and I was worried about the contents! There is also no option to review them on their fb page or web site. And now it's completely clear why. This is unfair and not how you treat customers!

    Absolutely horrible company. I made two separate orders on the same day 12/02/2023. One order arrived timely, the other did not. EIGHT days later the melted, rancid, second order finally showed up. I did not even bother to open it- waiting for the return label from the company. I had already contacted the useless customer service to request a return/refund or at the very least a replacement of edible product. To this day 2/20/2024 I still have not had a response. They plagiarized (copy and pasted) some completely irrelevant return policy refusing to accept returns for open electronics. What?? Since when is slimy, frozen peanut butter considered an electronic? The box I did receive timely enough to try the product was full of slimy frozen peanut butter. Do not waste your money, time, or calories on this grossness. ZERO star rating. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DECEPTIVE DISGUSTING COMPANY!
