    I can’t say enough good things about Graeme F****** at golfballs.com.
    I made a major mistake before a golf tournament—I ordered 108 golf balls instead of 108 sleeves. I realized my error the day before the event and panicked. I called the original supplier and other local companies, but they basically laughed at the idea of a 24-hour turnaround.
    Then I found golfballs.com and saw they offered 24-hour service. I called and got Graeme on the line. I explained the situation (probably in full meltdown mode) and he said they might be able to print the balls, but shipping would be the real challenge. Still, he asked for the artwork just in case.
    An hour later, he emailed me to say it was too tight a turnaround. I thanked him and started working on how I’d explain the mistake to our sponsor.
    But then—he called me back. He had called in a favor at FedEx and said the balls would arrive before noon the next day. I couldn’t believe it.
    We skipped a proof due to time, but he assured me the logo was no problem. The balls arrived at FedEx at noon, we picked them up, and handed them out during the final holes of the day—perfect timing. The sponsor never knew anything went sideways.
    Graeme had no reason to help me—he didn’t know me, had never worked with me—but he listened, took me seriously, and made the impossible happen. No price gouging, just pure professionalism.
    Graeme, you’re a rock star, you deserve a raise, an extra week of vacation, and a promotion.

    On 5/3/2025, I filed a complaint about golf balls.com. After receiving a phone call from Tanner about my complaint and how he took the time to explain the entire process, I realized that I made a huge mistake doing so. In fact I have ordered more personalized golf balls through Golfballs.com. I apologize for my complaint and will continue to purchase golf balls there and I hope everyone will purchase the beautiful personalized golf balls at this company.

    Oh man! Had a shipping issue with either the ball manufacturer or the shipping agent. One email to customer service, and Leiza was all over it. She went out of town, let me know, and followed up when she got back. Problem solved. I am totally loyal going forward with my large annual ball purchase.

    I placed my order on March 28, with delivery scheduled for April 2. On April 3, I received an email informing me that the balls were on backorder. Eventually, a customer service agent reached out by email and asked me to choose an alternative in order to receive my order as soon as possible. So, I selected another ball model with my custom configuration.
    To make up for the delay, I requested express 2-day shipping, and I was told everything was confirmed and that I would receive my order by early this week—Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I still haven’t heard anything back and I’ve been trying to get updates, but there’s been no new information regarding my order.
    I absolutely do not recommend this site… very disappointed, and now I need to find another gift for my friend!
