    Wish I had checked before using this company. I don't golf and this website was recommended for me to purchase a gift for a loved one. Upon realizing there was an error with the order I placed, I tried to call to speak to someone to cancel the order so I could place a new one, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I followed up with an email and have yet to receive a single response. Now I have an email that says the order has shipped.
    After reading the reviews I'm pretty sure I should have low expectations when it comes to even receiving the order. This website definitely seems to be a scam or very poorly run.

We also apologize for the delay in response to your request to cancel the order. We reached out via phone this afternoon, and have sent an email. We are including a return shipping label and will issue a full refund once the order is received back at our warehouse.

    I placed an order for 4 dozen golf balls on 6/14 and they were delivered on 6/16. Quite amazing seeing that they covered distance from La to NY. I owe it to Sam Reutling (cust.ser) for his handling of my issue. Pays to deal with the best.

    My order was delivered a week early from when they told me and it was stolen off my porch. They were unwilling to do anything to make it right. Also I wasn't informed about the early delivery so I was unaware to even check.

    Mr. ******, we thank you for your recent order with us and are sorry that all did not work out as expected. When contacted about an order that was missing, our Customer Service team investigated on your behalf to find that the package was delivered to the address indicated on the order. This came with photographic support from FedEx. Our policy in these situations is to advise that a report for a stolen package should be made to local authorities. To assist in the cost of the replacement order, a $25.00 promotion code was issued to you within the same business day as the reported missing package. We strive to exceed expectations and worked to get your customized order printed and shipped out to you as soon as we could. Again we regret what happened but did offer a solution to something that was ultimately out of our control. Please reach out if you have any further questions.

    Order was shipped within two days but when I tracked order it was not moving. Emailed vendor and never received a response. Called two days later and was assured that order would be produced and hopefully shipped that day. I informed them it was a birthday gift and needed it soon. After not receiving a shipping notice, called two days later and was assured that would ship that day. Again no shipping notice and called two days later. Order was finally shipped but arrived after my 10 year old grandsons birthday. They don't care!

Golfballs.com was founded on and stands behind our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and we apologize for not meeting expectations on the delivery of your order for your grandson. Your original order was placed on 2/25 and after printing, successfully left our facility on 2/27. Unfortunately, it was then lost by the shipping courier. We were contacted on 3/9 regarding this and promptly submitted a replacement order for you. This new order was produced and prepared to ship on 3/10 but our Quality Control team rejected the order because the printing was not up to our standards. Due to this, we reprinted your order. We recognized that our operational challenge did present a delay and upgraded the package to Overnight shipping at no additional charge. Since we failed to meet your expectations and our commitment to you, I am refunding your order in full. Your refund should appear on your statement in the next 3-5 business days. We look forward to having an opportunity to possibly serve you again in the future.

    Zero stars is what this deserves. golfballs.com is a scam. I placed my order and have never received the balls. I emailed numerous times with no response I tried to call and I don’t get anyone. They took my money…so they essential robbed me!!!!! Do NOT USE THE COMPANY!!!

    I placed a one star review on here but can't seem to find it now. My review was about a date issue where I placed an order for a customized gift and the date I was given and the date it's now expected to be here is a month apart. I did receive a phone call from customer service today and I did receive a 25% refund on my order. It hasn't hit my account yet obviously but Im giving them the credit for doing something about the issue. I appreciate their response and I appreciate them being willing to fix their mistake. We all make them and they did fix theirs.

    I had some communication errors that were not the fault of the company. They were great. They sent out my personalized golf balls that were perfect by the way and made sure they made it to my father on time. They went above and beyond. The man I spoke to even personally made sure my golfballs were personalized and seen to it personally that they were shipped. I have to say this company has gone above and beyond my expectations and has the best customer service and support. Thank you so much for the amazing product. My Dad took them out today to play with and he just knows this is going to up his game. Lol ?? ?? I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They had the patience to deal with an impatient customer like myself with patience and compassion. Thank you again for giving my father the best gift I could ever give him and thank you for the A+ service I received.
