      Called to have my Bosch tankless water heater flushed, just moved into this home from Fort Worth Texas. New home located in Eunice Louisiana. Service techs were nice enough, but was told my unit was 23 years old and they would not work on it. Said anything over 10 years old they would not work on. I definitely knew the unit was over 10 years old but was never asked. Long story short, charged me $180 to tell me what I already knew, problem not resolved. Did tell me they could install a new one for $3500. Senior on a fixed income with no hot water. Thank you
