  I’ve used CJ’s Plumbing multiple times at both my old and new property, and every experience has been exceptional. Their team is highly skilled, professional, and always delivers outstanding work. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Definitely the best in Acadiana!

  I must express my utmost disappointment with my recent experience with CJ's Plumbing. The quality of the job performed was subpar and the lack of care shown by the owner/manager was genuinely disheartening.
  I have used CJ's plumbing 2 other times before this experience. On 6/23, plumbers were dispatched to my home to reroute 2 pipes. Holes were cut behind my washer, refrigerator, and kitchen island. The washer was pulled out. Once the job was complete, the head plumber processed my card in his truck. Might I add the plumber had forged my signature?
  On 6/25, I started a load of laundry, and within 10 minutes, my home was flooded. I had to call them 3 times to send someone out. The plumber they sent out stated that the drain pipe was not reconnected in the wall which in turn wet the interior walls. Which is why my home was flooded.
  On 6/26, I called and asked to speak to the manager and was informed by the receptionist that the manager was out of the office, but she would pass a message for them to return my call. Within 1 hour a supervisor called me with an attitude asking me what I wanted them to do to resolve my issue. I disclosed to him what would make things better. He said he would call me back after speaking to Mr. CJ. On 6/30, I received a call stating Mr. CJ said he would not refund me for partial of the job since "I have had 3 slab leaks previously." I was not happy about this and asked that Mr. CJ call me himself. His supervisor stated that Mr. CJ would call me 7/03, and never did.
  Communication from management was lacking, as they failed to address my concerns and ignored my attempts to seek a resolution. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. I am left with unresolved issues and the feeling of being taken advantage of as a customer.
  I would strongly advise others to think twice before considering CJ's Plumbing Repair for their plumbing needs. The lack of care from management exhibited is unacceptable.

  I had to give 1 star to leave a review. I called cj’s to unclog my drains. I was told that my drain was not clogged and that I needed a $700 sub pump. I refused as I knew my pipes were clogged. I went ahead and bought a new sub pump and after I installed it, I went inside and ran water in the bathtub. It immediately held water proving my pipes were clogged since the level in the septic tank was low enough that the water would have drained if there was no clog. I then called the company back and they said that they would go back and fix the problem at no extra charge. When they left my house was still clogged and the employees destroyed my home and left a mess everywhere. I am filing a police report for the damage to my house.

  Hi ******! We always provide the very best for all of our customers. We did inform you that we could not unstop your house without the pump being fixed first which you stated you would do yourself. Our plumber stayed for 3 hours at no cost trying to help you out. As with all of our customers, we stand behind any work that we do however there is a process that has to be followed and we can’t work for free.
