    I took a gamble, and I lost. I brought my 24-plus-year-old Rainbow vacuum cleaner to get fixed. He recited all the possible problems with the vacuum cleaner and said he could fix it and have it working and looking like new. He is a fast-talking salesman and wants money upfront. After repeated calls and messages over the course of 2 months. I finally received my vacuum back, and it did not work. I had the same problem when I brought the vacuum to him. All that money, and I had to send it off again to get repaired. It cost 1/2 the cost Mr. ********* charged me in addition to sending a detailed receipt of labor and parts used for repairs. I was embarrassed to say I should have known and trusted my initial gut feelings about this so-called business. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I should have done my research.

    My rainbow has been there since before Hurricane Laura .. I have been going every week to try to get it and he has some excuse?? I just want my vacuum back?!
