    He has had my vacuum for over a month...does not follow up on my texts, keeps saying he will deliver vacuum and I still don't have it...has all these excuses on why he doesn't deliver. Charged me 250 to repair and a "warranty" for 5 years. All i want is my vacuum!!!

    Met with **** ********* on 12/27/2023. Gave him a $300 check and my sewing machine to repair and clean. Still as of today, I have not received either back. Have received about 2 calls early in 2024 and numerous text messages explaining why he cant meet with me to return my machine and money . Text and calls ended 2 weeks ago. No response since.

    **** picked up my vacuum, checked it out and said it needed cleaning and came back to collect $200. He has made all sorts of excuses and has not returned my vacuum. It’s been a year this month. I want my vacuum back and the money if he has not cleaned it.

    5/26/22 brought my Singer Quantum 9960 sewing machine to White’s Sew & Vac for a tune up. **** ********* (owner) charged my ******** $330.60, for a 6yr warranty which provides service and cleaning every 2 years (see receipt). It was left with him and he said it would be ready 6/18-6/25/22. I called several times in the next few months to see if it was ready. He would always say he was so busy he hadn’t gotten to it yet. Several months later, left a VM stating my husband would pick it up. He sent a text stating he was in the hospital with a prostate infection and would be calling to schedule a pick-up date and to pray for him. 4/13/23 he left VM which I still have, to
    schedule 4/29-5/2/23 for pick up. He was transitioning between buildings. He never called to confirm pick-up. So, on 10/31/23, I stopped by the store. He came out of the building behind his store and said he had not yet been able to go off-site to get it. He stated he would be going there to pick it up and would call in 2 wks. In the next couple of months my husband ***** *******, and his friend ***** ******, went to the store where **** was meeting with some other customers in the parking lot. He stated he’d been in the hospital, had gotten CoViD and was in the ICU and was just trying to get back on his feet. He said he lost the store on Ryan St. He also said some other customer had sent the sheriffs’ deputy to him and he was upset about that. He swore he would call within the week. He has never called or given my machine back.
    I called his cell ************ (voice mail box was full), last week and sent him a text. No one answered his office number ************ and I eft a VM. He has not responded and I don’t even know if those numbers are still good. I believe he either sold or lost the machine (purchased from ****** on 2/10/15 for $349.97. I am also out $330.60 for the warranty for a machine not in my possession. I don’t know what else I can do to resolve this situation.

    In January I brought in my Dyson cordless stick vacuum and was charged $200. ( On my credit card) to have it repaired. Was told it would be ready in a month. After not having heard from Adam I repeatly tried to get in touch with him every month. In April I finally reached him and he told me he had made the repair but it still wan not working well and he needed a mall part that was out of stock and on back order. In May I tried again and again- no response. Drove by there several times and no one was there. In June I got a voice mail that said he was having to close due to a medical issue and would reopen in early July. I tried then ... no response to voice messages. I then drove there and saw that the space had a for lease sign and was still not open.

    I would like to report this as a theft and also try to get and get my $200. back- as well as the vacuum

    On June 1, 2023 dropped 2 sewing machines for repair, paid $600 up front. Has not finished the job or return my phone calls. as of 7/28/2023 No response from the business.

    On the 6th of June I dropped off a vacuum for maintenance cleaning. I paid $165 and it was communicated to me the vacuum would be ready to pick up in about a week.
    After two weeks I attempted to contact business for pick up. Since that time, I have called numerous times leaving messages instructing I could pick up the vacuum from any location, any day and time. I have never received any response from business.
    I clean houses as my only source of income and desperately need this vacuum returned.
    This is a $350 shark vacuum.

    On March 28, 2023 I paid $400 in cash Whites was to repair the machine. When I call to check on the machine I never received a call back, Not even contacted in any way. I went by to check on the machine and he was in the process of moving. I have not been in contact with Mr. Adam Rodriguez since.

    I delivered 2vacuum cleaners for repairs. One under warranty and one I paid for repairs in advance Called about 3 times requesting the repairs to be completed. Now store is closed. I have lost both vacs n money for repairs.

    Left vacuum for repair. Paid up front $228.40 1/3/2023 as owner requested. Tried to contact , no response or contact. Would like money and vacuum returned or the repaired vacuum.
