      NEVER finance anything through this place or they send the *** to your front door to collect money.Don't have hard times & miss ONE payment or pay a little extra each month to catch it up because they will still sent a person to you front door like a mobster to collect money. Not only was the letter over 5 days old but a full payment has been made within those 5 days but they never checked their records on their end.Who sends ******* to knock on people's doors, normal businesses send notices through the mail.

That is not the type of member service that we strive for when communicating with our members.       This has to be the worst credit union in existence, I have been with them a total of 6 months and its been a nightmare I have gone online setup my auto draft and the next month they didnt take the money and charged me a $28 late fee, then I talked to 3 different people on the phone at 3 different times and each time their system was down for updating these different instances were weeks apart I normally dont like leaving reviews like this but I have 3 other cars being financed and have had zero issues with any of those credit unions and banks. This is a absolute joke of a company I have close to $100 in late fees when I have successfully and attempted on 4 different occasions to set up ach

      Upon review of the account we only saw where ****************** was charged one late charge and the indirect lending manager reached out to him to offer to help have the payments setup on auto draft but ****************** asked to call him back and as of now we have not heard back from him. We would be willing to help him set up the payments as well as to discuss the late charge if he calls us back.
