      People Health ************** you from one department to another. They have no clue what they are doing. They dont even know Im insured by them which I have been since 2021. I call and they say you are not insured till next year and just transfer me. I spent 2 hours on the phone today and nothing got done. Not to mention this is a done every week because according to them Im not insured.They also dont keep any notes on file like ticket numbers on grievances.

      Peoples Health insurance coverage is for medical care in *********. I requested immediate cancellation of my policy so I could receive life saving cancer treatment at ******************* Hospital in *****, and Peopless Health is refusing to honor my immediate cancellation request. Peoples Health said that I have to wait 30 days before my policy will be cancelled!
