  I had a decent experience. The cover art came out exactly as I wanted. I had a really good time at the book fair. I'm just happy that i get to have my story out there for the world to read. I am working on another book. I'll use them again. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

  The Ewings Publishing has failed to send me my US Copyright Registration for my 2023 Beatitudes book, as promised. This was part of the $850 Sapphire package which I purchase in Feb. 2023.

  I regret working with Ewings Publishing due to the serious lack of communication and transparency throughout the entire process. After submitting my book and payment over a year ago, *** received almost no meaningful updates on my books performance. Despite numerous calls and emails, including promises from their team to follow up, Ive been left in the dark about key details like sales figures and payment timelines.I spoke with *** ******, who assured me Id receive more information, but that call never came. Most responses Ive received have been vague or have provided little reassurance about the handling of my book.Overall, Im deeply disappointed in the level of service provided by Ewings Publishing. I regret choosing them to manage my work and would not recommend them to other authors seeking clear communication and reliable support.

  The Ewings publishing is a fake company. they continually ask for more money for different advertising like interviews on radio or television along with the ************************************************* what a great writer I am. with 40 thousand emails to bookstores i havent seen one book sale. I believe this company is a fraud and I think my representative *** *. is a complete fraud.

  I was promised a publisher who would be with me every step of the way. But it didn't take long to realize they are ONLY interested in getting you to spend more money. They don't follow up.email request, sent the 8 emails since Feb 28 and not one has been answered, tried to call. Goes to voice mail. if I have had any sales I can't get access to it. They can't get the price right nor can the get an ebook on line, as promised. Do Not trust anyone in that company and if ********************* answers hang up, she won't help you only con you. promises made none kept, Needed money to get book stores to put my book in book stores under their buy back program, $800.00, and they can't show me one book store who they contacted or placed my book in their store. Do not trust anything that this company tells you. This is where your book will go to die! They have NO marketing plan. There behavior is criminal.

  I would give a lower rating if that were offered. After spending many thousands of dollars to have my book published - screen play (the latest must do), audio version, book fairs, etc. I could go on but won't at this time. I did pay to go to the ****** Book Fair in 2019 - never got a refund for the funds paid. And 90 books were printed - thirty of each book. They were left there because I couldn't go due to the beginning of Covid. The phone calls from my person at Ewings are usually: "we need to do this; can we process the payment today;" and often haranguing, harassment, badgering until I say OK. I should have said "NO" a long time ago. I won't identify the person at this time. I was told I had a certain amount of earned royalties in August. Have yet to receive them. Stay tuned. If I had the time and patience, I'd fill a claim with the ********* Better Business bureau. Good luck to all the other one-star people. OK K- one initial: D

  Don't trust this company. They're a big scam. They are not a hybrid literary agency as they're claiming and they don't have a license to present my book to traditional publishers and movie houses. I've paid them $6,000. No service has been done and they never refunded my money for almost a year now.I was told by ****** that they're going to refund my money because I did not signed the contract. She was even sanctioned for that concern and it was even deducted to her monthly sales. I did not even signed up for the *** 2022.

  Every 6 months or so, I receive a call from this company. Each time, I'm promised much and when I ask for the bottom line, the conversation gets rerouted to the benefits. After several times of me asking the question of MY cost, I was given an outrageous cost, so I declined. I also told them to pay me upfront for the sales they are guaranteeing and when the royalties come in, feel free to keep them. Needless to say, the person laughed and said it was impossible. I responded with, "Then it's impossible for me as well" and hung up. I just received another call from them yesterday and was planning on listening to the "shpeel" but after seeing the BBB rating, I will continue to decline.

  The Ewings Publishing gives false promises, is hard to get timely responses from, doesnt track book sales and is deceptive. I have invested ********, including ****** for 100 paperback books I ordered. It took a month to receive and arrived 10 books short. It took 2 months to get the missing 10 books. Many friends and family ordered, yet I have never received any royalties. There is no way for Authors to track their sales. I am very disappointed in the paper quality and binding of the hardcover. Pages stick together and rip easily. The site was shut down during the Christmas season for a week or so and I couldnt market or use the website which was a prime time for my Christmas children's book. I feel frustrated and embarrassed. Would like to warn others who may be considering using their services, wish I had known.

  I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND FIND THEM TO BE VERY NON-COMMUNICATIVE. IN ADDITION I FEEL THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEENUP FRONT WITH ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. AT THE ONSET I WAS TOLD THAT 40 MILLION EMAILS WERE SENT OUT SOLICITING THE SALE OF MY BOOK. THE RETURN WAS MEAGER, LESS THAT 30 BOOKS SOLD? UNREALISTIC OR JUST A PLAIN LIE? AS OF THIS DATE I HAVE TRIED TO REACH THEM BY EMAIL FOR A WEEK WITH NO REPLY!
