    I bout a gate from lone wolf renovations and spent ******** and they dont answer the phone. Am I had someone out here to fix the problem but was told after they tried that theyd have to come back and fix it later and thats been 2 months ago

    This issue is a gate motor issue. This has nothing to do with us. The motor was installed and working properly, We went out twice to inspect and they found an issue with the motor which is a MFG issue. They warranty the part and I spoke to **************, We are going to go back out next week to get this gate working. We are no longer taking this scope of work. The motors have been issues for every brand besides Lift Master. Lift Master we have not had one issue yet to date but it cost much more.

    I understand that the problem with the ghost controls motor is a manufacturer defect, however I believe that defects are between the seller and manufacturer to figure out and how to resolve it. Which in my opinion has not happened as of yet which I feel that its on the seller as much the manufacturer as they sold the defective product and claimed to be able to fix any problems that came up with in terms of the warranty.. and yes they did call finally Thursday and I will be here for when they come out and look again hopefully they can fix the problem. And I feel that since they keep wanting me to spend more money on a lift master motor without having mine fixed and  since its so much better they should either supply one at there expense or we try replacing the motor with a new exact same model to see if that solves the issue.but whatever solution we come to I believe it should be at the companys expense since its something to fix a existing issue.

    On May 10, 2023, I paid Lone Wolf Renovations an initial deposit of $4,493.00 for a new wrought iron fence across the front of my property. The sales representative – who has since quit – projected a project timeline of 6-8 weeks, and that work could start as early as 3 weeks. I accepted Lone Wolf’s proposal, even though it was not the lowest bidder, because of the project timeline. Throughout that time, I contacted the sales representative and the owner for project updates by phone, email, and text and received no response.

    On July 12, I was told over the phone that my project was delayed since their dependable crew for fast turn-around had quit and the other two crews were committed to large project for a new school was being re-done due to jurisdiction permitting issues with their first install. I was told my project would be completed between July 24 and August 4. Again, attempts to contact the company through email, texts, voice calls and social media went unanswered.

    On August 4, the owner, Dylan Manale, stated that I was naïve for believing the timeline set by his company and promised a full refund of my deposit. As of August 25 – after several attempts to reach him through email, texts, social media, and certified mail – I have not received the deposit back. Our last contact was by text on August 10, in which he stated that the check was being mailed that evening.

    Researching the company further, I learned – through BBB complaints, online reviews, and out-of-state court filings – that I am not the only customer/corporation that is owed money. No work was performed and work with other contractors at my home has stalled because of Lone Wolf’s inaction.

    I contracted with Lone Wolf on May 8, 2023 to refinish several iron rails and three large metal framed doors. Contract stated they would adequately prep the surface (full sand and two primer coats) before finishing with two top coats. After the original salesman left the company, Lone Wolf "forgot" about the job and the $2150 deposit I gave them and which was deposited by the company on May 10, 2023. After several weeks of trying to schedule someone, "the owner" said he could send someone the next day, a Friday. Two painters came, went to buy materials and then one came back and taped. They came the next day, Saturday, and after a couple of hours began painting (much to my surprise as they did not finish sanding much less prime the surface). I literally walked up to the painter who was painting the doors and asked why he hadn't sanded. He claimed the other guy did, but when I pointed out that he was literally painting over rust, he said he would sand. I asked to speak to his manager and he couldn't get anyone on the phone. I told them to leave and they packed up and dripped black paint all through my back porch. After several days without speaking to anyone, I called and was told to speak to "Corey". He came to my house and immediately said he could see they were doing it wrong. He said he would speak to "the owner" and figure out what to do. Corey and "the owner" initially were responding to texts but they refused to answer my call. Owner stated via text he would send my deposit back, but never did and has since stopped responding to any correspondence.
    This is the second complaint. After I posted the initial complaint on July 26, 2023, I was contacted by the owner of Lone Wolf who promised he would return the deposit if I removed the complaint. I immediately removed the complaint and despite many promises, I still do not have my money back. In fact, he dropped a check at my house for my deposit that bounced. Many promises of payment have been unfulfilled.

    Another failed promise and deadline passed.  Owner promised my refund by yesterday.  He did not provide payment nor did he respond to my text asking for an update on the payment.  This is the pattern with this owner.  Promises to make good simply to delay and delay but he never follows through on any of his promises.  He wrote me an NSF check on 8/11.  Nearly 3 months later, he has failed to make good on the check.  I don't know what else to say about this owner and company.  I have never had to deal with someone like this.

    A contract between Lone Wolf Renovations and I was signed on May 18, 2023 to renovate and make my bathroom handicap accessible. I was contacted via text that the renovation would began the week of July 4th. That did not occur and no one from the company contacted me regarding any date change. After trying to reach the office for several more days I spoke with the project manager and informed him that I wanted a refund. I was finally able to speak with the owner (***********************) on July 21. He told me that he had looked into it and could not give me an installation date and would refund me my deposit. He said that he would have accounting to sent me a check. After not receiving it a few days later I called him again. This time he said that he was on vacation and to give him a week to return and he would have accounting mail it. As of today I have not received it and now hes ignoring my calls again. I have been given the run around for weeks. Please assist me in getting my money back.

    We spoke to ******************* August 14th to update her the material was behind schedule and scheduled to arrive the following week and Install date is set. I cannot ************** walls that you have to order. I Called and texted her on August 28th letting her know the material arrived and we want to come install. She responded there will be no install. She does not want the work done. We paid for the custom walls, We offered to give her the material that is in, and give her the remainder of the refund, or we can come install but I cannot Just lose the money on the material for her house since I cannot control the lead times. I also have a screenshot I Shared with her that stated the estimated ship date as 6/28 so We were unsure of the delays and could not control them. I sent this picture over to her to see. I apologize it went this way, I would love to resolve this matter.

    Signed contract 4/14/22 issued them the required deposit of $4,875.00 to repair *** damage on facia, soffit, siding. Once the siding over the garage was removed rotted plywood was visible, they replaced it with oriented strand board. I explained to ***** (owner) and ***** (project mgr.) it needed to be changed out because daylight could be seen throughout every seam. Once again they returned with a worker and another co-owner with black silicone and the product Great Stuff applied them upon inspection it was not satisfactory, the product used expanded and looked like a complete mess upon inspection again I called ***** and *****, they sent workers back with real plywood, they removed the new siding they just installed as well as the strand board and installed plywood and reinstalled the siding. They stated the job was complete, however upon further inspection I noticed they damaged the new roof that was installed just prior to this job by dragging plywood across the shingles, they repaired the roof with our supplied shingles. Upon them calling for the balance of $5,475.00 they were told that the fascia on the right side of the house had not been replaced they came back to remeasure to prove to themselves it was in the estimate as I stated, they replaced and were issued the check for the balance owed on 6/6/22, Here we are now...April 20, 2023 I called ***** as the fascia on the right side of the house has come down and he said he would come out and take care of it, however several more calls were placed to him and he said he was dealing with personal issues and (3) months later he still isn't answering or returning calls. I am now questioning all the work done on my home, and clearly they are not standing behind their workmanship.

Could he take care of the issue this week (which was last week) we were ok with that and now we are at the end of a new week. He has left us no alternative but to move forward and have another company replace his shoddy work so therefore we will move in a legal direction. Thank You

    On February 17, 2023, I entered a contract with Lone Wolf Renovations to finish a driveway expansion project. The organization charged me a $2,888.00 deposit and the other $2,887.00 would be due upon completion of the project. The deposit was made on February 17th as requested and no work has been completed. In addition to no work being completed the organization is no longer returning any of my phone calls or messages. My sales representative now forwards me directly to voicemail and doesnt respond to any messages that I send him. The production manager doesnt answer his phone and doesnt return any calls. The only person I can contact is the front desk and shes been great. I have made numerous attempts have this resolved, but I am unable to get in touch with anyone associated with this organization. As can bee seen in the screenshots attached the last contact made from the organization was on April 18, 2023, While I have made many attempts to extract information from the vendor. I was initially provided a 4 week lead time which I agreed to. Initially the organization was very forthcoming with information and now it is total radio silence from all parties including the owner. I really need this project closed out so I can rent this property out.

    Lone Wolf Revnoation is extremely unprofessional. Back in October of 2022, we selected this vendor to complete some repairs on a gate at a school. They came out, conducted a walk,&assured us they could repair the gate. Lone Wolf was paid in full in November. I made a few calls after that trying to see when the gate would be repaired, I was told it would be repaired in December because the parts did not come in. In January I received a phone call from the director at the school asking when the gate would be repaired. I reached out to LW&was told it would be scheduled that week (Jan 4th). The gate was still not repaired. I reached out to LW again to see what the problem was. ***** told me they were having a hard time finding the parts to repair the gate (not sure why I wasn't told this from the prior phone calls) I asked him to send me a quote for replacing the gate. I received the quote on March 14th, on March 23rd I requested a refund from *****. I was told that we would relay the message. I followed up a few times after that I was either transferred to someone who did not answer or to someone who would check to see about the refund. Last week I finally got who I believe is the owner (*****) on the phone he told me he thought the issue was resolved&asked me how I would like to receive the refund. I told him a check is fine. He asked me for the address and I told him I would come to pick it up, he told me he could send one of his couriers to my office to deliver it at about 4:30 that evening, I waited at my office until 5 PM, no call, no SHOW! The next day I called *********** him where they were located because I would come to pick up the check on Friday, he gave me the address. I told him I'd come Friday when I got off. When I arrived at about 2:30 PM the receptionist (very polite young lady) told me there wasn't a check there. She and her coworker called ***** and told me I had to wait until 4. I waited until 4:11&I still did not receive a check or a phone call

We are going to contact him again next week to see what can be done to Resolve this. This project was a ordering problem from the Supplier. We were told it shipped but we never did receive this. It was very past due, which we agree. We no longer are doing fencing projects after canceling out these. We want to make this right and will be looking forward to a conversation next week

    On June 17 '22, a representative of Lone Wolf/Big Easy Fencing came to my house to give me an estimate for a driveway gate. The design I liked was pictured on their website, and when I showed it to him, he said the company would be able to do it easily in the way I wanted. We filled out the contract to my specifications, and he assured me the project would take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. The down payment request came through Hearth a few days later, and i paid $985. The aforementioned time frame came and went with no word from the company. I tried calling multiple numbers listed for both companies multiple times over the next few weeks, and at around the 6 week mark, and was finally able to talk to someone in the office. He told me that because of all the rain, they were about a month behind on projects, plus many people were on vacation. He assured me, however, that when they were ready to install my gate, they would call me a few days in advance and set up a time.
    I gave them a couple more weeks before I started calling for updates. I was never able to talk to a person, so around mid-August, I started leaving voicemails demanding either updates or my money back. No one ever called me back.
    Mid September, I decided to cancel the contract and get my money back. I called one of the numbers I found to be reliable in actually reaching someone and told the Sales Manager of my decision. He told me the gate I had picked out on the website was just a random picture the previous owners had put on the website. He stated they didn't even have a frame for the gate I wanted. I stated my disappointment in their lack of communication in the whole situation and reiterated I wanted my money back. He said he would start the refund procedure.
    It has now been over a month since this phone call, and I have yet to get my money back. Every time I call, they say they are starting the process to give me a refund.
    As of October 27, they still have not given my money back.

    I signed a contract with Lone Wolf Renovations on February 23, 2022 to repair damage to my home caused by Hurricane ***. Working with this company has been a complete nightmare. They repaired a gutter and some soffit and fascia. After that, months passed. I called and called and was told that items were on back order due to supply chain issues so I waited patiently for several months. When I tried to contact them nobody would return my call so I visited their office, which at the time was in River ********* met a man named ************************* who told me that their computer system had been changed and my file was never entered into the new system. He assured me that he would personally make sure that I didn't fall through the cracks again and that he would check on my order and keep me informed. He called me back and told me that my original order had been cancelled so he would have to order the shutters and patio cover pans again. I would try to check in weekly but he would rarely answer his phone. Then, one day the shutters miraculously came in and he had the workers come install them. Since then more weeks have passed and I can't get ************************* ************* or the owner of the business, *********************** **************, to return my calls. They told me that the pans for the patio cover are no longer available. It isn't my fault that my original order was cancelled. I simply want my patio cover to be repaired! I paid $3692.50 on 2/23/22 and the contract states that I will pay the balance when the work is completed.
