    ********* just completed repairing my chimney and roof flashing which was leaking from a previous roofer contractor bad installation. I am very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. They took the time to take pictures before, during and after the repair. They even fixed issues that were not in the original scope of work. I would highly recommend Lone Wolf based on the excellent job they provided me.

    In February of 2023 I met with representatives from Lone Wolf Renovations for a quote on an aluminum gate. I submitted a deposit that month and was told work on my gate would begin soon, given an install date in about 8 weeks. It is now June of 2024 and I have no gate. I contacted the company relentlessly for months and they consistently ignored my calls. I called from my work number and received an answer, indicated they were actively avoiding my calls. I requested a refund over 6 months from the expected start date and was denied. I have had to resort to legal avenues to attempt to recoup my deposit cost. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST.

    ***** with Lone Wolf made the process easy. I sent an email, received a response shortly after and the next day work began and was completed. There were lots of options that I did not expect but I felt guided through the process. The team on-site was friendly. Overall, the roof looks great! I would 100% use again. This is the 2nd project they have completed on my house.

    My husband and I chose Lone Wolf to replace our roof a few weeks ago. They promised us to begin within 24 hours and the entire process from signing a Contract to replacement happened within 24 hours. We were amazed! The cleanup and project manager on the job was very professional. They covered my pool and bushes I have began to tell all of my neighbors!

    Lone Wolf is the perfect example of a reliable, professional and detail oriented service company. I used them to put siding on my house a year ago, and it looks awesome. This past week they came and repair/replaced shingles on a roof that was installed previously by a very unprofessional contractor. I will use them in the near future to install gutters.

    I have 2 invoices due for Lone Wolf Renovations which total over 7k. I have been unable to contact anyone with the company for payment. I am a small business that this is not how things or done. I am so upset about this situation. I would think twice before doing business with this company.
