  This company was very professional in their dealings with my husband and I. The work was promised to be completed in three weeks but was finished after 10 days. Our house looks better than when it was brand new in ****. We would definitely recommend Lone Wolf Renovations to anyone!

  I am very pleased with the work Lone Wolf did to replace my roof. Professional and courteous from the quote, through the removal of the old roof, installing the new and cleaning up afterwards. I definitely recommend.

  DO NOT hire this company! I signed a contract with the owner, ***** ******, in Feb. 2022 to repair damage my home sustained during hurricane Ida. Four things needed to be done: (1) soffit/fascia repair on the back of my home; (2) replace a gutter on the side of my home; (3) replace five sets of shutters on the front of my home; (4) replace the pans on my patio cover, some of which had been blown away or broken during the storm. The first two items were completed within several weeks of signing the contract. Then, communication stopped. I would call repeatedly and either nobody would call me back or the voicemail would be full so I couldn't leave a message. I finally decided to drive to their office in River Ridge, and discovered that they were in the process of moving to another location. I met a man named ***** ******* who was not able to find my file in their system. He concluded that it had been lost in the process of updating to a new computer system but assured me that he would make sure that the rest of the work was completed asap. He promised to look into things and call me back later that day. He never did. I called him again and he told me that my materials had been ordered months earlier but that "someone" had cancelled it. He promised to place another order immediately. More weeks passed so I called again. He told me that he would come out and measure for the patio cover. WHAT??? The pans were supposed to have been reordered weeks earlier! Days later I called again to.make sure they had been ordered and he told me that they were having a hard time finding the right pans but that he was "on it." That was over a month ago and he won't answer his phone or call me back. I was able to reach the owner, ***** ******, several weeks ago, expressed my frustration and he apologized profusely and assured me that he would make things right . That was almost a month ago. He won't answer his phone or return my calls. I absolutely do not recommend!

  My husband and I recently bought a historic home in the LGD. We had a complex flat roofing job to conquer and Lone Wolf Renovation was the only company that was willing and able to complete the project. They were extremely reliable and finished the job very quickly. ***** communicated with us during every step! We are so grateful we found this company. We will be hiring them for our next home project.
