    I purchased this contract for hair removal from Ideal Image on December 14, 2023. The contract entail over 10 hair removal sessions. However, after receiving only 4 I arrived for my 5th appointment to find the store gone. Upon contacting the company for which I signed the contract, I was told that I need to contact **************** L.P. I was never informed that my contract was with **************** L.P. nor was I informed that if they left the state Ideal Image would not stand by their contract with me. I placed 3 calls to Ideal Image two of which I was hung up on after requesting to speak to a manager. As I informed them if *************** does not address my contract issues, I have no recourse as Ideal Images claims they are not contracting with me and I have no contract with ***************. I simply have a debt paid and no services rendered. I also reviewed the Secretary of State's website for Louisiana and see that **************** L.P. is no longer in good standing with the state, as they have not renewed their filing in the past year while in *********. This is a fraudulent scheme and Ideal Image should not be able to continue these fraudulent business activities.

    I am requesting a copy of the contract from Ideal Image. They are the only ones who I signed things with. I am awaiting their response.
