    Just informing people do their due diligence when looking into this company. Their consultations are through zoom meetings online for the most part and the consultant determines how many sessions you may need they tell you 60 to 75% off but they are ridiculously over priced and they failed to tell you if you are unsatisfied with their services that there is absolutely no refund whatsoever. This company needs to reconsider their agreements if customers are unsatisfied to be able to allow some kind of reimbursement not just a credit for other services that would surely be over priced as well.!!

    After booking my appointment through a Zoom interview yesterday, today I was turned away from the ********, ********* clinic because I am "over 60 years old and therefore not a good candidate for Botox" after they took my $300 upfront payment, of which now they want to keep a $100 "administrative fee." Are you kidding me? Ideal Image you knew yesterday that I was 61 years old and we discussed a botox eyebrow lift. Today, your technician ******* refused to do it! $300 in the toilet because you won't give me filler either!! My bank will be reversing your charge and you'll be reported to the Better Business Bureau. You're nothing but a SCAM and a fraudulent business!
