Left staples sticking up everywhere. Mix match boards. Legit pieced boards together. Left my "new plywood" in the rain for 2 days. Left holes everywhere. Wouldn't communicate. Charged me almost 30k when everybody else never quoted over 12k. Didn't inform workers about wall for relevel. Didnt use treated plywood. Nailed new joists to old rotten ones. Spray foam left everywhere. Left for 2 days to do another job then rushed to do mine. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anybody! Almost 4 months later and they refuse to come back and fix anything!

Extremely happy with the work and the crew. Johnny did a fantastic initial presentation and explained the process quite well. Jacob, Ray, and Noah did a superb job repairing the foundation, leveling the house, and explaining the process as they went along. The work is dirty, dark, damp, and difficult, and I think they deserve a huge raise and a giant bonus. I was astounded at how hard they worked! One star removed from the rating due to poor communication from the office staff. Perhaps they could take notes from the field crew.

Level Tech recently repaired our foundation which required 8 piers to stabilize. In the middle of the process of refinancing our home, it was determined (by the appraiser) that the foundation must be repaired prior to closing. We didn’t have the cash to pay for the foundation repairs without taking out a separate loan, which is pretty risky to do in the middle of the closing process. Level Tech worked with us to find a solution that got the foundation fixed, our loan closed, and everyone paid. Everyone that we spoke to along the way was very friendly and helpful. On the day the work was to be done, the crew worked quickly and told me that I was welcome to come check out what they’re doing as the work progressed. They explained everything they were doing. We are very pleased with the work that was done and extremely thankful for the owner and business manager working with our situation to make it happen. Thank you!

Level Tech raised, leveled, repaired cracks and sealed the driveways and sidewalks at two houses we have. There were large voids beneath the driveways and the slabs were shifting and cracking. They filled the void with foam and then repaired the cracks and sealed the concrete. They did a great job for us!

Reached out to Level Tech to have someone come out and look at some issues on my drive way and pool deck. Austin came out and looked at areas I wanted fixed and was able to give me a price that day. He was professional and on time. As far as the work being completed, it did take about a month and a half for the crew to get out and do the work. I was pleased with the professionalism of Level Tech, how they carried themselves, and the work they completed. The only thing they could've improved on was the time in between the quote given and the time the work was complete. It might've taken extra time, but having my drive way and pool deck fixed the right way was worth the wait.

I have a crack in my bricks wall. Level Tech salesman told me they could close it. Showed up on a Friday afternoon and in three hours they were done. $9,000+ later I still have the crack and a major mess in my yard. Very unsatisfied.

Had them come out give an estimate for the whole house. They did all but one bedroom. They quoted 13,000 dollars, then they said another 1,000 for the other bedroom. They did the levelling and only did the outside of the house all the way around and the house was not levelled at all. We have tried to get them to come out and do the job right. They dodge are calls, tell us they will call back and the owner is no where to be found during this whole transaction. They are definitely not a company to be trusted. I fear we will have to get another company to do the work. I would never recommend them to another person either.

Company does not fully evaluate foundation issues and uses one time discount to press customers into hiring. After making deposit, had building engineer look at separation of brick. He determined it had nothing to do with the foundation especially since there were no cracks. Called level tech to see if could get deposit back. Company refused and stated deposit was used to buy material that was specific to my site. This is a lie since the equipment is used on all sites as confirmed by the company they buy from. I even discussed a partial refund and was refused. Called Level tech and requested to talk to owner that never called back. While the method to raise a foundation that they use is good, the company is not and cannot be trusted. Engineer that looked over my house stated that they easily could have damaged my foundation by raising it when it did not need to be raised.

    Mr. Horton,
Very sorry to hear this. Our goal is to provide each and every customer with the best experience possible. Rest assured, our design technicians have several different methods of recording elevation readings and are highly trained at diagnosing foundation issues. The stairstep cracking in your home is often a warning sign of foundation settlement. Your job was designed as a stabilize only. There would be no lifting involved. Our goal for your project was to stop any settling and to permanently stabilize your home.
We do offer a same day savings on the day of the appointment. This is not designed to press a customer into anything. It simply allows us to combine orders and reduce shipping costs. in return, we pass those savings onto the customer rather than keeping it. Also, for the customer that may feel uneasy about taking advantage of the savings, in our contracts we offer a three day right of refusal for a full refund. After the three day window, your materials are ordered. As far as the equipment being used on another job, that could be a possibility, but it may be one that is a year out. That would require Level Tech to absorb the cost of that inventory until something comes along that requires that equipment. The deposit collected doesn't fully cover the full price of materials. Obviously, if multiple customers were allowed to do this, we would have a building full of equipment that the company has paid for just hoping a job with that exact equipment comes along.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication that may have occurred. We would love to speak with your engineer to address any concerns he may have.

We need to get facts correct. The job was not a stabilization as you stated. The job was to raise the foundation to close up the crack. Your technician never used any equipment to measure the foundation. I was told that it had settled probably to extreme dry weather and would need to be raised to close up the crack. Either your technician or both of you are not telling the truth. So as stated Level Tech is a company that can’t be trusted.
