  I received a cal. The agent stated that he was a representative of CEMEX and was updating their project records and requested the project owners address for a project.After noting the call was placed form an area that places a lot of spoof calls I returned the call and received a recorded message that the company was Levelset and that I could leave a message or hold till the next available agent, and that there was 1 call ahead of me.Would have been nice if the agent did identify himself as an agent of Levelset.

  **************** was great until I asked for a refund for $58.00 on a form that should not have been sent out. I spoke to ****** and he confirmed I filled out the wrong form, and it had not gone out yet so he would stop the document from going out. They have not responded to 4 e-mails sent to them re: the status of my refund. I would not recommend this company. The wrong form was filled out originally due to an issue on their website, and I had to call the company to get it fixed and the right one sent out originally.

  he worst experience ever. We are a residential contractor in **. ** is a very difficult state to file liens in. Levelset claims to be experts and takes your money, but if they don't have an automated system to follow up on the process they leave you hung out to dry. No FOLLOW UP BY THEM as required to file in a timely fashion. THEY Cost me over $12,000 in their failure to follow thru on strategic timelines that were required. All they care about is selling you s subscription. RUN AWAY and find an attorney to do the work for you They SUCK!

  I’m so disappointed in what I have experienced. A representative from your company came to me as a material financing option back in January due to me using your contract software aid and pursued me for several months. As cash flow became tight I reached back out and ******* from ****** contacted me. He explained that the way it worked was the contractor submits their contracts to build and a series of qualifying documents. Then Levelset would look this over and get back to me. He responded within the next day or two and said I was approved for financing. He said I would pay a 1% upfront fee and once my materials arrived at the job site I would be charged 2.5% until I paid them back. The financing was for a term of 120 days but should I need more time I would just need to pay a small fee to continue the note. Well right away I explained that I didn’t think this would work for you to finance me because my business model was different; I buy cabinets already assembled and they drop ship. My contracts require the client to pay in full upon delivery so being that you only charge interest once shipment was delivered on the job site I didn’t see how you could make money from me. So Brandon says, I’m not sure, we may have to modify terms, let me ask my boss. So, **** *. calls me and explained how he can make it work. He said they would just need to charge me interest from the point of order until I paid them back, that way they could get their percentage should I pay off upon receipt of product. This seemed like a plan because what I’m use to is 30 day net terms. I could finance the cabinets for 4 months at a minimal interest rate creating cash flow. I submitted 7 contracts over the next 60 days and like clockwork materials were financed. And then….30 days after installation my clients start calling me saying they are getting certified letters stating there is an intent to file a lien on their property!!!! I called ***** ** right away and he tells me it’s my fault. SMH
