    I purchased two books from this company through ******. The first vanished then materialized weeks after ****** reported it lost. The second was never mailed but I was charged for it. It appears that the store is a scam which is, per ******'s customer service, exploiting seller options to block critical reviews and reports of missing purchases. Also, their email address is phony (emails bounce back as undeliverable) and there is no other contact information provided at ******; complaints are to go through ******, but ****** seems to be blocking the complaints as soon as they're filed.If you look "Prime Deals USA" up online you will find Reddit pages full of customer complaints and reports of Amazon blocking criticism of this seller, along with repeated instances of Amazon assuming the blame for customer complaints. Many of the permitted reviews are nonsensical - one simply says "Books," another says "Gift." Some people left good reviews anyway but with critical comments like "Package was late" or "Item was damaged"; these reviews are also crossed out with the exact same response from Amazon ("The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller"). There is no way to contact them or warn others, at least not through ******. Their own website is clearly a scam - the map included on the "Contact Us" page is centered on ******, *******, despite the store claiming it's headquartered in *****. (An email sent directly to the company via their own website also came back as undeliverable.) ****** also said the company is deliberately botching the tracking numbers so the purchases cannot be traced, thus no refunds can be requested without extra ********* is clear that this seller is a scam artist and it looks like ****** is either protecting them or looking the other way. The refund I'm requesting is secondary; ****** needs to either shut this store down, or tag them so that other customers aren't taken in by them.

    The book I received 12/2024 was not a four volume set. Its only Volume #1 with less than 600 pages. Their listing says its supposed to be 2590 pages. On 04/2024, they did the same thing and only sent me Volume #4. It took too long to get to reading that book and Amazon told me they couldnt help me so I paid $3k for a fourth of the set. This is the second time with the same listing.
