    Claim my booked was delivered and never got a tracking number. Its been over a month and still no book. Ans no way to co tact them

    Same story as the other reviews never recieved tracking or the book. Its been over a month now and I've tried customer service twice to no avail.

    I ordered a music CD over a month ago, they claimed it was shipped by ****. The money was withdrawn from my account 4 days after I placed my order, to date, there is no product received yet. I've seen multiple customers complained about this company's terrible business etiquette. This company needs to be investigated. I just have a bad feeling that I just got scammed.

    I ordered a book from Prime Deals USA on the Amazon site two weeks ago. Apparently the company cannot be reached by Amazon representatives or anyone else. The order details say "shipped" with USPS.......however they provide no tracking. Estimated delivery is another week away. I looked them up online for contact information. Both for phone and email came up phony. Not the correct information. I have tried twice with Amazon representatives and twice they have given up.....they apparently cannot reach Prime Deals USA or receive any tracking information.I am not sure they are legitimate. If they are legitimate......they are lousy in their business practices with something as simple as shipping a book. Something smells fishy to me. Plus......they have y money and I have no book.
