    Customer service is unprofessional and rude. One of the supervisors name Sandra, in the Baton Rouge location hung up the phone in my face several times when asked why wasn’t my out of cart picked up. I called back several times, no answer. When someone finally answered again, I was told there’s no emails for upper management. Team members are usually a reflection of owners and management, the owner must allow the unprofessionalism and must not care for his team members to have no fear to treat customers disgustingly.

    Charges you for pickups that never happened. Customer service is very aggressive and unprofessional.

    Richards has done an excellent job, they have not missed a beat with my garage pick up! Their trucks are quit & have modern technology. I only have good things to say regarding Richards Disposal Service.
