    This company is engaging in fraudulent membership activations and debiting money from accounts without authorization. A cashier fraudulently opened a membership account in my name for my children that I did not authorize. My bank account information was included and I am being charged recurring membership fees that I did not authorize. I tried calling to rectify the situation and have the charges refunded but they are refusing to cooperate and are not providing any numbers where I can reach someone in management. According to their ****** reviews, this is happening to numerous people. It is illegal and fraudulent to open an account in someones name. The cashier who committed fraud is *********************** .

    I hosted a birthday party here on 9/9/23 this is now Skyzone and the organization, service, and the overall experience was awful. Check in took forever the lady was rude and not knowledgeable about anything party related, The establishment is filthy, I had to constantly ask for what was promised in the party package. We could not get napkins or forks. We ate cake with our hands, and off of the few napkins we could get from the filthy bathroom people who were not with our party were hanging out in the party room even after the worker was notified nothing was done, Food was cold except one pizza, We were rushed after we waited forever to get assistance. Party room not available on time, we were rushed out due to another party when mine did not start on time, drinks ordered not available and replaced with things I do not allow my child yo have due to allergies , I was told that was all that’s available today,No ADA accommodations so handicapped grandparents could not come up to the party room after I asked when booking for a room downstairs and was told by Julie she would handle this.We waited to speak to a manager before leaving but after 45 minutes of waiting we left. I would not recommend having your child’s birthday at this location. Karly the manager at this location called and stated she would have the Gm call me or email me within 30 mins.. it is now 5:30 pm and still no resolution. I would like a refund because the services that I paid for was certainly not rendered.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Defy Trampoline Park regarding complaint ID 20588200, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
     My husband went to the business on his way home to speak to someone because we could not get anyone on the phone. The manager came to speak with him and said he would only refund some of the money for the party bc the kids jumped and five jump passes. The jump time was cut due to the staff! My husband attempted to explain this but was cut off and the manager stated to take it or leave it. My husband also explained that we do not wish to return to this establishment so jump

    passes are not helpful. 
    I do not agree with this being that the services I paid for were not rendered as agreed upon.

    On July 23, 2022, I paid for a birthday party for my 3-year-old granddaughter. I paid online for the deposit and paid the remaining balance at the site in ***********. Due to the poor customer service of our party hostess and being served raw pizza, the general manager agreed to refund me $45 and give us free jump passes good at any Defy location. Today, I checked my bank statement and noticed that instead of receiving a refund, I was charged. I called the location and spoke with a manager named ******. She said there was nothing she or the establishment could do because it shows a refund. I told her I have my statement that shows where I was charged and she told me to take that up with my bank. So not only are they ruining memories, but now you are holding improperly charging customers and telling the customer whatever, it is your problem, not ours!!!
