    Waited over 10 mins in line to get tickets because I was being ignored. Then ordered food and was told 10 Mins. Stood there for 20 mins waiting and watched as people got their food well after I ordered. The girls never asked me again if I needed help and said it was my job to tell them my food is ready. Yet every person of opposite color was getting skipped and ignored. Staff is rude and laughs at you when you make a complaint. Talk about you in front your face. Make fun of children with disabilities and then try to justify their actions by all huddling together saying the customer was in the wrong. I plan to be contacting *** in regards to the discrimination I received at this place. Nothing but a bunch of teenagers with no training in customer service running around. They are racist and only want to help the people that are like them. I watched as myself and another lady of the same color be pushed to the side and ignored. It wasn't until I spoke up that they all started acting crazy and laughing at my concerns. Regional and corporate needs to be contacted. I plan to let my ******* followers know about this place and what they should avoid.

    HORRIBLE, Horrible, Horrible experience! This place is so unprofessional and has poor management! Had my daughter’s 5th birthday. I paid $826.04 for the (MVP) package, for 20 guests plus I paid $148 plus tax for 4 additional guests. And let’s just say I am disgusted. The host that was “suppose” to have to help me was useless. I had to put everything together myself with the help of one of my guest moms that were at the party, I pass out the pizza, and drinks and cut and pass out the cake to my guest. I had my guest waiting for food. The hostess couldn’t find the food or the cake I had bought. After waiting 10 minutes and no one came I had to go out and find our host, only to find that she was chi-chatting with her fellow employees instead of assisting me with my party. I walked and stood in front of my host and asked what was the status only to find that she completely ignored me and walked away. I had to ask someone else for help locating the food. Also, the website said that the guest of honor would receive a birthday t-shirt (that was not given to us, asked 3 different people no one could help). I was to receive 24 water bottles to give to my guest that I paid for and I only received 13. I asked several times for the additional bottles and the host would leave and stay out chit-chatting. I finally gave up! Very UNORGANIZED. The place was super hot. The place is run by young people in their 20s. I asked to speak with a manager and no manager could be found. I was left waiting. I wouldn’t recommend it at all! It was a waste of my hard-working money! I've called to request a refund and have been unsuccessful. Very Disappointed. This event was in New Orleans, LA.
