      I financed a travel trailer through Essential federal credit union in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The loan was paid off back in December and I have yet to receive the title for the travel trailer.
      I spoke with them a month ago about receiving the title and I was told that my address needed to be verified and I verified it at that time.
      It has been more than four weeks since speaking with them and I was told that it was released and they are waiting on the department of transportation to mail it out and they were not sure why it wasn’t released a month ago.
      I will not be using Essential Federal credit union again in the future I just wanted to help out other buyers in the future if need be. Stay away from them!

Called member to verify receipt of anticipated titlework; Mr. ******** confirmed that he did receive the document.

      There appears to be a discrepancy in the reporting of late payments on my credit, and it's a matter of personal concern. This issue is having a substantial impact on my credit score, creating difficulties in obtaining loans or securing favorable interest rates. The current situation is directly influencing my financial well-being.

      Remove the late payment remark and accurately update it to reflect on-time payments.

      Extensive research has
      been completed on complaint ID 21228972 and the following determination has been made:
      A personal loan was opened in December of 2020.
      The terms of the loan included 26 bi-weekly payments commencing on January 15,
      2021, and concluding on December 31, 2021. Between those dates, it was documented
      on at least seven occasions where payments were received 30 days after the
      agreed upon due date. The final payment was received on May 12, 2022, five
      months later than the final payment date shown in the combination promissory
      note and security agreement.
      A second loan was opened on May 12, 2022. The
      terms of the loan included 13 biweekly payments commencing on June 26, 2022,
      and concluding on December 11, 2022. The first payment was received on August
      12, 2022, 47 days after the agreed upon due date. On five occasions, payments
      were documented received 30 days after the agreed upon due date.  The final payment was received on April 11,
      2023, four months later than the final payment date shown in the combination
      promissory note and security agreement. It has been determined that this
      account is reporting correctly to the Credit Reporting Agencies and no errors
      have been made.

      The member has been informed of the the results of this investigation.

      The branch manager ******* ******** was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She grabbed my 4 year old child roughly by her arm because she was attempting to touch something on her desk. She was also very unprofessional, very irritable with her job. She had an attitude and was turning all clients around 30 minutes before closing of branch. The most horrible customer service I have ever receive. She scared my child the rudeness was extreme. Never in my life have I saw that type of unprofessional and blatantly disrespect to a customer.
