      After spending thousands of dollars here on dental work 3 years ago I was left with a sinus exposure that affected my quality of life and ultimatley lead to an extensive sinus surgery. I asked Dr. Mason about the hole left from the extracted back molar and why my sinuses were leaking into my mouth on 2 occasions in the months following extraction and was told it would heal on its own. Obviously I took my business elsewhere, however, at the time I was a patient there I did also purchase the bleach package with lifetime bleach refills. I specifically asked about obtaining the bleach refills and was told I would just need to come get them when needed (no catch supposedly). I recently inquired about obtaining a bleach refill (the first and only time I have done so in the 3 years since purchasing), only to be told I would have to make an appointment for an exam and cleaning with fluoride treatment to be eligible to get the free bleach refill. This company will steal from you, lie to you, and cause near irreversible harm. Stay away if you value your quality of life and money.
