On June 21, 2024 Posigen ************ installed Solar Panels on my Roof and installed ************************ panel box on my house. In August 2024 a *************************** Field Worker came out to the house to inspect the Electric wiring to see if The current Electric wiring was okay or did the Electric Wiring needed to be replaced. The ******************* Field Worker stated verbally that the Electric Wiring Passed Eversource Inspection and that I should contact Posigen ************ and tell them that the Electric Wiring Passed Inspection and Posigen Solar should Notify The East Hartford Town Inspectors and schedule a Inspection of the Electric Wiring. I contacted ***** ******* a Posigen Solar Representative and told him that ********** said that the Electric Wiring on the house Passed Inspection. ***** ******* the Posigen Solar Representative told me that The Eversource Field Worker did not know what he was talking about and ***** ******* said that he called Eversource and that there are Electric Wires that need Repairing, Posigen Solar is waiting on a DATE for Eversource to come Repair the Electric Wire lines on the Electric Pole. Posigen ************ keeps Giving me the run around. Posigen Solar installed solar panels on the roof and Electric Wiring Boxes on my house. No one from Posigen ************ is updating me on a DATE when *************************** is coming to check the Wiring I confused because a ******************* Field Worker Already Passed the Electric Wiring but Posigen Solar Representative ***** ******* told that the ******************* Field Worker did not know what he was talking about. I have Text Messages From Posigen Solar Representative ***** ******* showing that he actually told me conflicting information. My system went out in May 2024. I called Posigen. They sent someone out who looked at it and said it was working. It was not. I continued to have high bills. They actually got in touch with me in September, I think, stating it was not working and hadn't been since May. They were to come out and fix it. A month or so later it was fixed. I was told I would be getting a refund and my bill would go down to $35 a month. I have signed papers, told it was being sent. I am still getting billed $60 a minute nth and no refund. No one will call me back or answer my emails or tell me who I can talk to.Business Response

We got solar panels installed in 2007 and recently realized that our basement water issues are coming from the power cable running from our solar panels and into the basement. The cord is basically working like a downspout and sending the water right to our sil plate of our home! We just paid cash to fix the issue and now Posigen won't even call us back. We call OVER AND OVER with absolutely no call back. A woman named "*********" is supposed to be the head of customer care and never call us back.We are now invested into solar panels that have done damage to our basement bilco doors as well as our sil plate. We began working with posigen back in march of 2023. We agreed to a solar contract hoping to lower our electric bill and also go green.. It took almost a 1yr 1/2 for the solar panels to finally be installed. During the year and a half the communication was bleak. Very hard to get any kind of answers to our questions of what's the next step or how much longer , nobody seemed to know. I've been told I'll pass the message along to that department multiple times and never received a phone call, Email or text back about our concerns. I had to reach out to town hall myself throughout this process to find out what was going on and what the next steps would be for posigen. . We are now going on almost 2 years, solar panels were installed this past August 2024 ,and are not turned on. Haven't heard from anybody since . I keep reaching out and get no response. We are at the point now where we would like to just end the whole thing and have the panels taken off our house . This has been very stressful and regretful experience, and would like some answers! We feel very stuck and anxiety is high with feeling like we made a bad decision by working with these people.Business Response

My solar panels have not been working since April 2024. I contacted Posigen in June 2024 because I noticed my utility bill was increasing and I wanted to make sure my solar panels were working. After Posigen reviewed my account they discovered that a malfunctioning notification had been received in their system in April. Someone came out and reported incorrectly that the panels were operating. After I contacted them in June another technician came out and realized that the panels were not working. In fact the panel box was turned off and the panels were not connected to the electrical outlet. (I will be submitting a separate complaint against ******* for disconnecting panels). Since then three more technicians have come out and the panels are still not working. The last technician on 10/24/2024 could not reconnect the panels because he didnt have the proper tools and said he would return with the proper tools. As of today 11/12/2024 the panels have not been repaired. Since April my automatic payments have continued even though the panels have been out of service. Im asking for reimbursement for payments for months April-November 2024.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have been in verbal communications with Ms. ******* ******* with Posigen. A verbal commitment has been agreed to however I have not received anything in writing. The verbal agreement, as I understand it is below:1. An appointment has been scheduled for Monday November 25th to resolve issue.
2. Posigen will credit my account for the 8 months panels were not working $439.92.
3. Automatic monthly payments have been stopped and will resume after the 8 months credits have been achieved after the panels are operational.
4. My current end of contract will remain 5/10/2037
I would like complaint to remain open until panels are back operating.

Good afternoon *** RagasI have been out of the country since Dec. 1 and could not respond to emails, texts or phone calls. Attached is the communication Ive had with *** ******* at Posigen. I reviewed my camera footage and Posigen technicians did come out on Dec 2 not November 30. I waited all day on November 30 and also called Posigen on that day. I was told that the technician needed to have access to the fuse box in the garage to properly resolve the issue with my panels by installing large clamps inside the box to prevent the panels backloading and causing damage to my generator, my home or myself. No one was home on December 2 to open the garage so Im afraid that whatever work was done on the outside on December 2 is not safe. Ive ask *** ******* to please send someone out to inspect to insure that the panels are safe before closing this complaint. Im ccing Ms ******* on this email. My last encounter is typical of all of their service. On September 1, 2024, Posigen came with technicians to fix a problem that I've been having with my solar panel/battery pack for two months. It worked for less than 12 hours and then it stopped working again.
After one week, I have called back, and I found that they've done absolutely nothing. So I asked them; is it going to take them another two months to fix my solar panel situation so that it'll work for another 8 hours??
Don't get me wrong, their customer support operators are professional, polite and try their best. But that's as far as it goes. Once you have finished talking to them and you; hang up Nothing is done.
I am exhausted with dealing with them. I want the problem fixed; or I want Posigen to take it ALL off of my house and I want full credit, for every cent that I paid them.
Their stuff just does not work. This is not the first time I had problems with their service. It has been a constant lack of service since DAY ONE!!
