      I recently (within the last two weeks) had a complete gutter system installed by CPR roofing. After the first bout of rain on Sunday, August 27, 2023 it was evident that the gutters were incorrectly installed, and there were failures in the gutter system. Because they were installed incorrectly, some of the gutters are already beginning to sag. Some of the gutters were not sloped correctly. Some ends were left open, allowing rain to freely drain onto the roof. Two of the downspouts were overwhelmed, and rain was pouring over the back of the gutters. I had another gutter company come out, and they confirmed that the gutters were installed incorrectly. I was given a quote of 1800.00 to fix the gutters. I would like CPR Roofing to refund me this amount to fix what they did incorrectly.

      As per the contract that we agreed to with you, there is a warranty in place for all of these problems/ issues you are having.  I spoke with my installers, & was informed that they used all of the necessary tools, gutter sealant for end caps and corner miters, & used levelers (for sloping) so I am very confident with your detailed description of the problems that we can and are capable of taking care of your concerns!  We will & can go over the entire system to ensure it operates above and beyond what it should no matter the cost we've got you taken care of!  We warranty our work, and would love to honor that for you as we do for all of our customers. And because of your problems and inconvenience, we will give you an extended labor warranty.  We will reach out to you today to schedule an appointment to come take care of all the issues so that you won't be out of pocket anymore expenses.

      I am rejecting this response because: I do not trust this business. I have been put through the wringer by this business for over three months, and I do not want to deal with them any more. The ONLY resolution I will accept is a refund of $1800.00 to get a PROFESSIONAL company to fix the damage. I do not have the mental energy to deal with this company any more.
