    Horrible place and nobody should be sent here. The doctor my son was assigned is known for keeping patients the full 2 weeks the government will fund, when speaking with him on the phone yesterday, it didn't even sound like my son he was talking about. The staff has been filled with attitude, they short everyone their visitation time, yesterday if I hadn't argued and filed a series of complaints stemming from unprofessional behavior from staff, medicating my son without consent, requested a re evaluation, filed a 72 hour release form that will be denied on false statements, and requested a different doctor, he still hasn't received his socks and shorts after 3 days now. This place has false reviews posted inside giving themselves a 4.5 rating average but that number is nowhere else to be found, even Google reviews show a 2.2 rating, and in reading the ratings that are 5 star, you can tell that aren't real, not when you have to deal with this place as a parent or from the patients inside. I am seeking justice in some form, I want other parents and past patients to join me in protecting our loved ones and get this place shut down.

    Parents lied to upon child's admission & parents financial situation was more important than the child's welfare! Was informed hospital had chrome book so child could continue education & was informed very nutritious food was served. Staff after admittance said no chrome books available & would not consider chicken nuggets and pizza highly nutritious. After 4 days patient still had not seen doctor only online counseling & that for only 2 hours, anyone that considers this proper is a total idiot! Two calls with request to talk to doctor have never been answered! When arriving in reception if you say anything they they do not like they let you know you can be thrown out or arrested! Gee didn't know asking about all of the broken lockers made a visitor a criminal! The whole structure of this place makes it unfit for these children! Upon departure it was more important for the receptionist to search the TV for information on when her football team was playing than opening the door. In my opinion this Hospital is only concerned with taking money and not providing proper services. THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE CLOSED!

    Our child was being forced to take meds after a few hours of being there with a verbal authorization from the parents that meds are not approved by the mother and WILL NOT BE GIVEN and yet they still try and get our daughter to take them. She is very much in a knowing state of mind and is not on ANY meds. Horrible place, reminds me of Rikers island the movie.

    I can not understand how BBB has this place listed as an A business. All u have to do is google to see many complaints and multiple lawsuits. My daughter went there and the abuse is ridiculous. They force medications on you so that you're not coherent enough to say anything. They need to be shut down, I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. The only reason they get 1 star is bc u have to select one to leave a review.
