      product under warranty is defective and their support member suggested I repair the leaky plumbing and has no replacement LED panel and stated, " Dont know what to tell you"

      On September 6, 2023 we purchased an Icecap UV Sterilizer 40w. It was tested per manufacturer recommendation, however, after two weeks it failed and nearly caught our house on fire. Thank goodness we were home. There is a 1 year warranty on this product. Despite multiple emails, and phone calls we still do not have a satisfactory resolution. ). They are sending replacement parts. I need either and preferably a refund, or a replacement unit altogether. I will not chance our house burning down again. We will never do business with this company again. As big of a company as this is, you would think they would do better. Please help us get our money back. We are not rich people and we dont spend money like this often. Thank you.

      Coralvue is the distributor for the product I purchased from Aquacave.com I purchased ****** UV sterilizer for my reef tank. It was shipped to me with missing part and I reached out to seller and emailed and called them multiple times and finally they sent the part which came in directly from Coralvue. This part was damaged in shipping which I let them know but not really concerned to me so bought this part off Amazon for $12 (pvc union )I installed this unit and it didnt work showing me error and beeping red, I reached out to coralvue and they responded next day with all questions and requested me to send pictures and videos to show the issue which I did. I provided everything they need to prove its not working right out of the box. They said they are working on it and now they are not responding to me even after a week of waiting. ********** was the person who went *************** in emails with me. Reached out to them on their social media ********** one of there rep responded to my comment and I provided the case number but after that no response. I want them to replace the damaged product or just refund my money so I can buy different brand. When they cant support a product why do they bring it to USA and have consumers like me suffer.

      I bought an ice cap 36W UV sterilizer which has a parent company CoralVue. It was defective and I requested a replacement body, which was leaking due to an obvious manufacturer defect (poor chemical weld at a joint with 4 pinhole leaks). BRS was out of stock so the manufacturer guaranteed me they will have the part in soon and send to me as they had more ready.

      It is now more than 10 weeks later and I have seen several companies including Saltwateraquarium.com get these in stock that were previously out of stock during this ordeal.

      I also requested a refund since they waited so long I could no longer return it to BRS and they did nothing.

      I spent a Thousand dollars on a product that isnt functioning correctly for a month and Ive been try to get there help with it. They started by email me every couple days and now theyve stopped and Ive sent multiple emails with no response. My product is brand new and under warranty and I cant get any support from them.
